Yep, you know all the motivational speakers tell you, “You have to believe in yourself,” right?
Here’s the problem.
I’ve been to tons of events over the years where I’ve seen speakers tell the audience, “OK, write down your goals. Now, you have to believe you can achieve these things,” and one year later they are still in the same place - stuck!
Easy...because people get into the illusion of believing they can achieve something when at the unconscious level, they hold a different paradigm.
This is why your habits of thought and behavior are more important than believing in yourself. You can believe in yourself until the cows come home - hey, I live in Texas and we have a bazillion cows. You can think you believe in yourself forever and still get nowhere close to your goals.
On the flip side, your habits of thought and behavior WILL get you to your outcomes. So, more than anything else, focus on your habits.
