Jim Fortin Community

Introduction

Please read this document carefully! It contains important information about your rights and obligations as a user and customer at and through this internet site and related internet sites, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.
 
If you, as a Customer, do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms, please do not order, purchase or use any Programs, Materials or Services offered on app.jimfortin.com, cart.jimfortin.com or the Jim Fortin Community Apple Store or Google Play apps.

See the Plans page for a description of what's included in your plan. Please review that before purchasing. If you have questions, email support@jimfortin.com.

Cancellation Policy​

Cancelation policies are in effect for the following Plans available for purchase inside the Jim Fortin Community:
  • Be Do Have Insiders
  • Inner Circle (IC) Membership
  • Transformational Coaching Program (TCP) Membership
  • Transformational Sales Program (TSP) Membership
 
If your Plan includes a cancellation policy, you may cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the portion of your subscription that remains. Once your subscription becomes inactive, your Plan access will be removed as explained under Access Permissions below.

Refund Policy

The refund policy in effect for your product purchase will vary based on promotions being offered at the time of purchase.

If you are purchasing through app.jimfortin.com or the Jim Fortin Community Apple Store app, refund policy details will be found on the plans page.

If you are purchasing an offer via cart.jimfortin.com or any other page on jimfortin.com, refund policy details will be found on the sales page or checkout page of the offer.

Access Permissions

We reserve the right to revoke your access to the Jim Fortin Community and all associated Plans if (1) your account is delinquent on one or more installment payments and you failed to work with us to make satisfactory alternate payment arrangements or (2) you are in violation of our Community Guidelines.
 
Even if you have paid in full on one or more Plans in the Jim Fortin Community, you will lose access to them until you resolve your account's delinquency status. If you have violated our Community Guidelines, reinstatement of your access to the Jim Fortin Community is at our sole discretion. If this should occur, your current recurring membership plans will be canceled and any outstanding installment payment plans will be terminated. Refunds on payments already made will not be granted.

Program Materials

Program materials for the Product Collections included in the Plan(s) you've purchased will be available for viewing inside the Jim Fortin Community in the appropriate collection.
 
This content will be available to you as long as the Jim Fortin Community is available. If, for any reason, access to your purchased program materials will be removed, you will be notified at least one week prior so you may download any content you wish to keep, including content that is normally not available for download.

Audio/Video Content

Audio and video content will be available for viewing inside the Jim Fortin Community through the website, Apple Store app or Google Play app. Content is intended for online-only viewing inside the Jim Fortin Community. Training materials are normally not available for download with the exception of certain call replays (such as from one of our coaching programs). PDF files may be saved to your device when using the website.

Video Call Recordings

The following Product Collections include access to video call recordings that may be available for a limited duration.
  • Be Do Have Insiders
  • Inner Circle (IC)
  • Transformation Coaching Program (TCP)
  • Transformational Sales Program (TSP)
 
All video calls hosted inside the Jim Fortin Community will be recorded and we reserve the right to share these recordings inside the community for an indefinite period of time. We may also use content from these recordings for marketing purposes. If you choose to enable your video during any of these recordings, your likeness may be shared with others.
 
Video call recordings will be uploaded to the community feed within 24 hours of the event end date/time. All call recordings shared inside the community will be retained for a minimum of 30 days. Video call recordings older than 30 days may be removed at our discretion.
 
Once your subscription becomes inactive or your program duration ends, your access to Video Call Recordings will be removed.

Community Feed

The following Product Collections include access to a community feed for interacting with other students:
  • Connect & Learn
  • Be Do Have Insiders
  • Inner Circle (IC)
  • Transformation Coaching Program (TCP)
  • Transformational Sales Program (TSP)
 
If your Plan includes a Product Collection that contains a community feed, you will have access to that space as long as your Plan is active, your account is not in a delinquent status, and you are in compliance with our Community Guidelines.

Community Guidelines

Manners & Expected Behavior

  • Kindness Goes a Long Way: We’re all here to learn and grow, so let’s treat each other with kindness and compassion. Healthy discussions are great, but let’s always keep it respectful. 

  • No Bullying or Hate Speech: We’re committed to making this a safe space for everyone. Rants, bullying, or hurtful comments about race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, identity, ability, or politics have no place here. We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment or bullying.

Keep it On-Topic

  • Share What Matters: We love hearing from you! Your stories and experiences may be exactly what another person needs to hear today to solve a problem or seize an opportunity. Let’s keep our posts and discussions relevant to your transformation or Jim Fortin’s teachings, programs, podcasts, or materials so everyone can benefit. Admins reserve the right to remove discussions of off-topic content. 

  • No Spam or Self-Promotion: We’re all for sharing, but let’s make sure it’s adding value to the community. Please do not promote yourself or your business. Solicitation, spam, affiliate links, and other irrelevant links aren’t allowed. Let business relationships develop organically. 

  • No Fundraising or Poaching:  We also ask that you refrain from sharing fundraising posts and links. This includes posting a link to your social media. We’ll remove posts that contain ‘comment below,’ ‘DM me,’ ‘send me a message,’ or promote or solicit to other groups or programs.

  • Report Community Members: If you are receiving unsolicited direct messages or comments that are not genuine in connection, off-topic, offensive, or otherwise in violation of our community guidelines, please report the member to the team. You can do this by clicking the 3 dots to the right of their profile, select “More” and “Report Member” or send an email to the team at support@jimfortin.com In addition to reporting the member, please do not reply or provide any personal information (phone number, email, what's app, etc.).  

Support Each Other

  • We’re in This Together: This community thrives on support, encouragement, and lifting each other up. Share your experiences, offer help, and find ways to help each other stay curious, be seen, heard, and connected. 

  • No Coaching Others: We have a lot of coaches and healers in our tribe and we love that! However, if you happen to be one we ask that you refrain from coaching in this community. Jim trains coaches and has a high, integral standard of coaching. Please spend your time here focusing on your own growth and development and leave the coaching to Jim and his coaching team. 

  • Triggers and Interpretations: Our tribe is worldwide and sometimes the written message or meaning gets lost in translation. We ask that if you don’t understand a post or comment, or simply aren’t sure “how to take it”, err on the side of grace and move on. 

Privacy, Safety & Moderation

  • What’s Shared Here, Stays Here: Mutual trust is important. Please don’t share private conversations or personal information outside of this space without permission.
  • Personal Info: To keep things safe, please don’t request or share sensitive personal information like email addresses or phone numbers in the community or in direct messages. 

  • Speak Up if Something’s Not Right: If you experience a violation of our guidelines or something that doesn’t sit right, please let us know immediately at support@jimfortin.com We’re here to keep this space safe and welcoming for everyone. 

  • How We Moderate Our Community: Our team will remove posts or comments that do not align with the principles, values, and spirit shared above. We also moderate the number of direct messages (DMs) sent. A high volume of DMs is suspicious and those accounts are investigated. If we find those DMs violating our Community Guidelines, those accounts will be removed and banned immediately. Members who continually violate the guidelines will be permanently removed from the community.    

Additional Agreements

In addition to these terms, your continued participation constitutes agreement to the MindAuthority LLC Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy as well as Mighty Software, Inc Networks Terms and Privacy Policy.
