EPISODE 526: “The Life And Health Paradox”

In this episode of The Jim Fortin Podcast, Jim Fortin unpacks what he calls “the life paradox,” the trap so many people fall into when they try to fix problems in their lives, such as physical conditions, lack of money, or a broken relationship. Jim uses his own 2020 health crisis, a near-fatal heart failure and stroke, as an example. With the wisdom gained from his shaman Don Xavier and renowned author Anita Moorjani, he explains how personal struggle can reinforce the very brokenness you’re trying to escape.

He also breaks down the frequency of perpetuating deficiency. Jim notes that desperately trying to fix the body, finances, or a relationship actually keeps people stuck in a loop. His solution for listeners is a practical three-step shift and simple technique he calls the three-minute circuit breaker. When paired, he says they will help you step out of that identity and into genuine healing.
This episode is a must-listen for anyone caught in the cycle of striving, whether it’s around health, money, or love, and ready to understand why letting go is often the real path forward.

What You’ll Discover in This Episode:

  • (00:15) The life and health paradox: Jim introduces the idea that trying to fix the body only reinforces the belief that it’s broken.
  • (02:47) To need nothing is to have everything: The game-changing quote from Jim’s friend AJ explaining the principle of true abundance.
  • (07:43) Our cultural obsession with fixing: Why society conditions us to constantly manage and repair every uncomfortable circumstance.
  • (08:57) The frequency of deficiency: Why desperately trying to heal, attract money, or fix a relationship projects lack into consciousness and keeps people stuck.
  • (21:31) Anita Moorjani’s insight: Stepping completely outside the identity of the one who needs to be healed.
  • (27:18) Jim’s three-step shift: Separating sensation from story, releasing the need to check for progress, and treating discomfort as background noise.
  • (33:42) Jim’s three-minute circuit breaker: A simple practice for interrupting the fear loop and resting in stillness.

Listen, apply, and enjoy!

Transformational Takeaway

Healing rarely comes from fighting harder. It comes from stepping out of the identity of being broken. After Jim’s stroke, he didn’t force anything. Instead, he trusted the process and sat in silence. His story is a perfect example of how peace often arrives when we stop chasing it. We all experience moments of fear, but forcing change isn’t always the answer. As Jim notes, a simple pause and reset can do wonders. You may find that what you were struggling to fix simply needs room to heal itself.

Full Episode Transcript

You’re listening to the Transform Your Life from the Inside Out podcast. This episode is titled The Life and Health Paradox. What we’re gonna talk about in this episode, because a lot of people that come to me are dealing with something physical. So what we’re gonna talk about today is targeted to people that are dealing with something physical, but you can apply this to any single area of your life. And when people are air quote sick, What they try to do is they try to, air quote, fix the human body. And we have to stop that because the more we try to fix the body, the more we are projecting into consciousness that the body is not well, and the more that we perpetuate not being well. I’ll talk about it more in the episode, but Anita Morgani, who wrote Dying to Be Me, said, and it’s a profound statement, and you’ve heard me say it before, to heal is to need no…
So to need anything is not to have it. So if you’d like to learn about how to heal and how to create more in your life, keep listening. Hi, I’m Jim Fortin, and you’re about to start transforming your life from the inside out with this podcast. I’m widely considered the leader in subconscious transformation, and I’ve coached super achievers all around the world for over 25 years. Here you’re going to find no rah rah motivation and no hype because this podcast is a combination of brain science, transformational psychology, and ancient wisdom all rolled into one to take your life to levels you’ve never thought possible. If you’re wanting a lot more in life, to feel better, to heal, to have peace of mind. to feel powerful and alive, and to bring more abundance and prosperity into your life, then this podcast is for you because you’re going to start learning how to master your mind and evolve your consciousness. And when you do that, anything you want then becomes possible for you. I’m glad you’re here.

To heal is to need no healing. I had a friend of mine at one point, and unfortunately, well, it’s not unfortunate. It’s what his soul chose to do. He left the planet a couple of years ago. He was a young guy, in my opinion. He was about 31, 32. And his name was AJ. And I’ve known him for about a decade. And AJ once said to me, Jim, I don’t think I’m going to be on the planet that long. And he had created this new life by moving to Thailand and this amazing new life that he loved. But apparently, he knew something at a soul level. Or he created a self-fulfilling prophecy. I don’t know which one it was. He left the planet about a year ago. But AJ used to constantly say, to need nothing is to have everything.
Now, I know you may have heard me say that before in different episodes. And we hear it, and many times we think, oh, yeah, that sounds really good, or that’s creative, or let me write that down, or that’s a platitude, or whatever we think. but it’s the truth. And in this episode, we’re going to talk about why it’s the truth as it pertains to your health, your wellness, your money, your relationships, and everything in your life. Because you see, the moment you try to use your mind or meditation or spiritual tools to air quote, heal your physical body or to create anything, in that moment, You’ve already lost.
Why? Because the desperate, urgent act, which is what many of us do, and I’ve been there before, especially many years ago when I had money struggles, is we desperately try to heal something because we look at something going on in life, whether it be health and wellness or whether it be money, and we look at it as a condition, and then we think, okay, I have to heal that condition. But what we’re not looking at is in that moment, what are we projecting into consciousness? And what we’re projecting is something is broken or I do not have something. And the more we project something like, I got to heal. Well, the flip side of that, the paradox is if we’re saying, I have to heal, I have to heal, I have to heal. I’ve got to do all of these processes. Well, the more that we attempt to heal, simultaneously, we’re telling the universe we are not healed. That is our frequency. And then the universe returns that frequency to our life.
Now, I don’t know how long you’ve been listening to the podcast and for however long I do appreciate it. But if you go back to episode number nine, and I believe I titled that episode along the lines of how we use the law of attraction to repel. I don’t know if I’m sure I was talking about money. But it was how we use the law of attraction to repel. And that’s exactly what I’m talking about here. If you’d like to understand more about that aspect of what we’re talking about, how we’re using consciousness to repel or to attract, go back to episode number nine.
But today, we’re going to start tearing down the biggest trap in the entire personal development and spiritual wellness space. And I call that the paradox. It can be the money paradox. the health paradox, the love paradox, whatever our circumstances are in life. So I simply call it the life paradox.
Now, you may have heard me say what I’m going to talk about in this episode before. And one of the biggest pitfalls that I see people getting into, and I have to include myself in this pitfall. You know, for 30 years now, I’ve worked with a shaman. And I find that many times when he would say something, I’d be like, oh, yeah, I’ve already heard that. I got it. And I’m good. I don’t need to hear this anymore. And then maybe a year later or two years later or whatever it is, I look back and I’m like, okay, yeah, I thought I got it, but I didn’t get it. And I remember Don Javier saying to me one time, and I did not remember till literally this exact second recording this episode. We were on a family vacation back in, I don’t know, 2003, 2004. And he was talking to me and he was imparting some wisdom. And I said, I get it. And he was very, very, it was very, very kind and very loving. But he was kind of grinning and is like, no, you don’t have it yet. I’m like, no, Don is short for Don Hoverier. I said, no, I really get it. And he was grinning and he says, no, you don’t. But you know, that’s okay. And it may come to you at some point.
So I bring different topics to you in multiple different ways. Many times we need to hear things in a different way for it to register for us. And we’re all the same. So that’s why you might think, well, I’ve heard this before. That’s also a bit arrogant when we say that because we’re presupposing that we already know everything when we say that. So where we want to work from is, okay, I might have heard this before, but did I absorb it? Did it sink in? And can I live from this place?
Now, when it comes to money or health or whatever, in the West, we live in a culture that is obsessed with fixing the body or having something. Whether it be having a girlfriend or having a boyfriend or having a new car or having a… or having great health, we live in a culture that is obsessed with having things. And when it comes to the health and wellness space, I see people doing this. And I’ve seen it many, many times. We see maybe somebody that’s 31, 32, 3, 4, 5 years old, and they’re what we would call a health nut. I mean, they are just voracious, taking 50 supplements a day. And they’re biohacking and they’re cold plunging and then they’re infrared sauna-ing. And then they’re doing triathlons and this and that and this and that. And they’re thinking positive and they’re positive self-talk and they’re doing their self-hypnosis. And they’re doing all these things in an attempt to dissolve the pain that they’re experiencing by not having the thing they think they want to have. But here’s the thing. Have you ever noticed that the harder you try to heal something, the harder you try to make something happen, the more challenging it becomes and the more that you cannot do it?
And then what we do many times, let me say it is health and wellness. And the person is metaphorically straining. I’ve got to get well. I’ve got to get well. I’ve got to get well. And they do all these things, drink all these drinks and take all these supplements. I’ve seen people, I knew a guy that I taught self-hypnosis. He told me he would do it eight times a day. Now, I appreciate the dedication, but what is the energy behind that eight times a day? That energy, meaning the thought form, again, get back to episode number nine. I talk a little bit more about thoughts to feelings to vibration to frequency. I talk about it more in that episode. But what are you projecting? What are you feeling when you’re doing something eight, nine, ten times a day, air quote, trying to make something happen?
What I see in both the financial space, and I have been there, so when it comes to not having any money and wanting to create money, I got to tell you, if they gave a college degree in that, I would have a PhD in that. You might have heard me say before, and this is no bullshit, from From 1990 till about the year 2000, maybe even 1987 till about the year 2000, I read and read and read and read and read times 100, read books on wealth and achievement and success and anything having to do with being successful, air quote, in the external world. Back also in the 90s, we could rent audio cassette programs. It was a good business idea where you could rent an audio program, a Nightingale audio program from a store, and that’s all they rented was personal development programs on cassette tape. I think it was like 11 bucks a week or something. And I listened and listened and listened and listened to everybody from Wayne Dyer to Deepak Chopra to Stuart Wilde to all these people back in the early 90s. What was I simultaneously projecting as I was voraciously attacking trying to create the air quote money mindset? I was simultaneously projecting I ain’t got any fucking money is what I was projecting. And I say that in a very brutal way, in a very crass way, but I say it for effect as well because I was just so voraciously tied into if I read enough books and if I gather enough information and If I do my meditations enough and I practice enough and I read enough and I script enough and I do all these things, well, then guess what? I’m going to get it.
But what I didn’t recognize is, as an example, let’s say you’re walking into a door and the door says to pull to open it. And it’s a steel door. And it says pull to open it. And you’re pushing. You’re just going to create more resistance. And it’s going to be impossible to open. Well, that’s what many of us do.
So hopefully as you’re listening to this, you’re seeing yourself in what I’m sharing with you. And right now as you’re listening, think about that for a moment. Think about all the things that I see this every day and I have for decades. Beyond my own personal example, people literally, I mean, they dive headfirst into creating something. whether it be a business or money or a new job or a new home, and they attack it like just gangbusters, especially people starting a business. And it never happens. And the more that it never happens, the more frustrated that they get and the more angry that they get and the more resentful that they get. And then many times people personalize it and they say, well, I suck at this. I can’t do this. I’m not cut out for this. And it’s many times not that at all. It’s the way they’re projecting their frequency.
I want to take you back to 2020. I had the heart failure in early 2020 in February. And actually, it was February the 26th when I was admitted to the hospital. And I had the stroke on November the 15th of that same year. And I remember after I got out of the hospital a couple of days later, maybe… maybe a week after I was out of the hospital, what I was told by the doctors was is they had a hard time controlling my blood pressure in the hospital. And the neurologist told me, he said, now, if your blood pressure goes really high, we call that a medical emergency, go to the ER. And I said to him, well, what do you guys consider really high? And he said, if your blood pressure goes on over 200, that is really high. go to the ER immediately.
And I would take my blood pressure like a maniac. I mean, I’d take it like four times a day. Well, look back as you’re listening to me, what was I projecting? I was projecting the fear of, oh my God, is it going to be high? Is it going to be high? Is it going to be high? And then what do I do? What do I do? I recall one evening, I took my blood pressure and the reading came in at 200 over 120. And in that moment, I’m like, holy fuck, I need to go to the ER. And I remember first, because he nurtured me, I remember first texting Don Javier. And I said, Don, my blood pressure is like real. And notice what I was doing. I was owning it. My blood. Well, it’s not, you know, I don’t work from there anymore. It’s not my blood pressure. It’s the blood pressure in the body. I live in the body, but I mean, the body is just one aspect of me. And just like you as well. And I said, hey, Don, my blood pressure is what I said is 200 over 120. I’m going to go to the ER.
And he said, whoa, whoa, whoa, wait. And he said, this is what I want you to do. I want you to forget everything and just rest. And now I trusted him with my life. Of course, I mean, blood pressure 200 over 120 after having a stroke 10 days earlier. I definitely trusted him, and I trusted him because I’ve seen him do things that are non-ordinary. And I knew what he’s capable of. And he said, look, just rest. Don’t do anything else. clear your mind, just rest. I will take care of it for you. And on the inside, I’m kind of like, oh shit, you know, I hope he’s right. I hope he’s right. Okay. Okay. And he said to me, it was really profound little statement. He said to me, and about worrying, don’t worry about it because you’re going to be perfectly fine. And he said, if you need to worry, tell you what, let me worry for you. And I promise you that I will do a really good job of worrying for you. All that I want you to do is rest. And that’s it. And I was fine.
Now, what I want to share with you also is right now, this moment, I’ve worked with a shaman for 30 years. You probably have not. And what I’m telling you is if you need to go to the ER, get your butt to the ER. I cannot stress that enough. Just because it’s worked for me, I’ve done this for decades with a shaman and I had a shaman helping me. You probably don’t yet have that. So if you need medical attention, please, whatever you do, please get medical attention, period.
Now, the bigger point here is notice this. Notice that when we want or we air quote need something, Again, the big three, health, money, relationships. And I literally titled this episode about health because so many people, and if not you now, then maybe later. And if not you, maybe you have, you know, had no health issues, share the episode of somebody because they promise you, you know someone who needs to hear this episode. But here’s what I want you to notice is that we get caught in a loop. And that loop is, I need fixing. There’s something broken. 911, help. My bank account’s empty. My body hurts. I’m in pain right now. I’m lonely. So we get in that loop and we stay in that loop and that’s where we hold our consciousness.
Now, I did learn this from Don Xavier as well. And it took me a long time to get my mind around this. And you’ve heard me say this and I’ve said it. If I literally used AI and analyzed every episode, I bet I’ve probably said it, I don’t know, 250 times in these episodes. You are where your attention is. So when something’s going air quotes sideways in your body, what’s your primary focus? Where is your attention? Well, your attention is like me in 2020, on the pain, on the condition. on the sensation, in the nerve sensation, whatever it might be. And again, second or third time, if you need to go to the ER, get your butt to the ER. This is not something to play with. It’s something to practice with. It’s something to learn and master over time.
However, what we do is we actually fight the condition that we’re not feeling good about, the loneliness, the money, the health, whatever. We’re fighting it. And then again, what we’re doing is we’re literally projecting into consciousness. I am sick. I am lonely. I need healing. And that’s the paradox. Because we think we’re trying to fix something, but the paradox is simultaneously we’re breaking it as we’re trying to fix it, which is why we can never get out of that loop. Hopefully that makes sense to you.
And if you don’t want to use the word awareness or consciousness, then how about this? And if you’ve listened for any amount of time, you’ve had a thorough grounding in this. The second you say, and you own, and you speak, I am sick, I am broke, I am this, in that moment, you are directly telling your subconscious mind, which by the way, is a part of divine mind, they’re one and the same, but you’re telling your subconscious mind, you are that broken, whatever it is that you’re identifying with.
So as long as your consciousness is focused on fighting sickness, guess what happens? Your consciousness continues to perpetuate sickness. But let’s forget sickness for a moment. Maybe it’s that you’re fighting fear. Maybe you’re fighting loneliness. Maybe you’re fighting money. And again, I framed it as health because so many people need that. But you know what? As long as your consciousness is focused on fighting, I’m going to slow down and say it again. As long as your consciousness is focused on fighting sickness or a lack of money or loneliness, your consciousness continues to perpetuate that very circumstance.
Now, this is where I go back to Anita Morgani. Anita Morgani, I read her book in 2020 after I got out of the hospital. Actually, I listened to the audiobook. And I was referred maybe, I don’t know, six, seven, eight, nine, ten years. prior to a friend that had read the book and said, Jim, you’re going to like this book. Anita Morgani, M-O-O-R-G-A-N-I, and the book is titled Dying to Be Me. Now, she was writing about a profound near-death experience that she had, and that completely illustrates what we’re talking about now, because obviously she’s on the planet, she healed. After she already left the body, she was sent back. And there’s one line in that book that just stands out and stands with me today that I’m sharing with you. And she said, to heal is to need no healing.
Listen to that again. To heal is to need no healing.
Now think back to the introduction. When I talked about Anita Morgani, very briefly, and I talked about AJ, To need nothing is to have everything.
Now, notice Anita Mergani. If you’ve not read her book or any of that, what she did not say is, well, to heal, we have to find the right cure. We have to have the right mindset. Or we have to have the perfect frequency. Or we have to do yoga or do cold plunges. Or we have to walk five miles? No, none of that. It’s a profound but very simple shift in the mind. To heal is to need no healing.
And she said something. I want to share her words verbatim. She said, true healing is stepping completely out of the identity of the one who needs to be healed.
Let me repeat that. True healing is stepping completely outside of the identity of the one who needs to be healed, which means you no longer identify as somebody that is in pain or broken or hurt, and then you need healing. Because the reality is, is when you operate from the premise, from the baseline of needing healing or anything, You’re projecting an identity of lack and disease and decay into the universe, into consciousness, and literally… you’re begging spirit to do is try to fix the physical container, but you are not the physical container that you call you. You are universal consciousness inhabiting the physical container.
So recognize this, okay? The deconstruction of the 3D identity. We got to strip away because I don’t talk about religion. I don’t promote organized religion. It’s not healthy. It separates people from the species and it separates people from themselves. What’s vital for you to recognize, is that you are not a fragile biological machine that occasionally experiences moments of quiet peace and kumbaya awareness. You are pure awareness itself. You are an infinite being of consciousness currently holding itself inside a physical experience.
You know, when I talk about you being consciousness, I look at kind of the metaphor of space. Does space get sick when it rains? No. Space simply contains the rain and the storm. So metaphorically, your physical container, your body, is like the weather. The weather’s going to go a little sideways sometimes, and it may experience some nerve endings or some misfiring of nerves or inflammation or tension or some cellular shift or change or a bone or something. But you know what? You’re not the physical body. You are the awareness that’s actually observing the physical body. And your awareness, which does not entirely reside in the physical body, cannot be inflamed and it cannot be diseased and it cannot be broke and it cannot be lonely and it cannot decay and it cannot be stressed. So when you identify, and you might have heard me say before, when you identify as a human being, you automatically inherit every single limitation. of being a human being.
So what we really have to do, and by the way, I do not expect it to happen in this episode at all, but I’m just sharing some thoughts with you to hopefully start cracking open your thinking to get you to start thinking about who and what you are at a different level beyond the identification of the 3D container that you call you, which is Bob or Eric or Susan or Lori or Michelle or whatever your human identity might be. And we have to start recognizing ourselves as consciousness and as awareness.
And I know what you’re saying right now. You’re saying, you know, Jim, I hear you. And this all sounds great. But you know what? Shit, my arm hurts. My nerves hurt. My feet hurt. I’ve got pain. The doctors gave me this diagnosis. How do I actually live like you’re talking about, Jim, when the body is screaming at me? Well, you have to disengage. which is what I did. And in fairness to you, I had a shaman guiding me. So when I disengaged, it was easy because I just disengaged into my trust for him as a sorcerer and a shaman. But we have to disengage. We have to disengage from real life, real time, what we think we’re experiencing 3D. And we’ve got a very simple three-step shift.
And let me share that with you. Number one is separating the sensation. Here’s the big thing. You’ve heard me talk about you are where your attention is. You’ve got to separate the sensation from the story. Many times we have a sensation in the body and then we actually attribute a story to that sensation. So the sensation can be that your ankle hurts. Now you put an entire story behind it. Well, it hurts because when I was 15, I played soccer and I broke my ankle and that’s why it hurts today. Or my back hurts and it hurts because I had this XYZ accident. Notice this. Every single sensation that goes on in your body, you have a story behind it. And what we have to do is we have to separate the raw physical sensation from the story and the mental narrative.
Recognize this. The physical discomfort that you have in your body, that’s nothing more than a biological electrical system traveling down a nerve pathway. And recognize this. It’s completely… energy until you start talking to yourself about it. The suffering begins when you get into your mind and you go into a script about that signal. And many times we get into, oh no, this is getting worse. What if I can’t go to work tomorrow? What if I lose my job? What if my body, oh my gosh, what if I’m sick? And what if my body isn’t working right? What if I have to go to the hospital? What if my limp never does heal? What if my back never stops hurting? We go into all these narratives, and guess what? That is where our attention is.
So what we have to do, and this will take practice, let the physical sensation, whatever it might be, and I’m going to tell you, it took me a while to learn this, I’m just being transparent, is the more that the physical, I’m laughing at me and us, The more that the physical sensation, we feel it, the more we want to talk to ourself about it. We’re generally like, shit, this hurts like a mother effer. You know what I mean? This freaking hurts. So we’re in, you know, if you get an ant bite, you’re like, eh, no big deal. Or when I stubbed my toe this morning, it’s like, oh, okay, shit. Okay, I’m done. But the bigger the pain is, the bigger the narrative is. And what we have to do, strip away. the narrative and the story. And again, if you need to go to the ER, please, I’m begging you, please go to the ER. Do not think, oh, I heard this podcast. I’m going to try this out. This genius, no, not the guy, just the story I read on Instagram. It was a validated story. This guy got bit by a rattlesnake when he was out on the lake one day. And he said, well, I don’t have health insurance, so I’m not going to go to the ER. The guy kicked the bucket the very next day. Notice this. It wasn’t the snake bite per se that prevented him from getting the help that he needed. It was the narrative. And the narrative was, I don’t have health insurance.
Okay, so step number two, stop checking the mirror. And that means stop evaluating if it’s working or not. This is like I tell people, is many times it’s like planting seeds. And that’s exactly what you’re doing, which you’re planting energetic seeds. And we plant the seeds, but then what we do is tomorrow, we dig up the seeds to see if they’re growing. Oh, I planted potatoes yesterday. I better dig them up today to make sure they’re growing. And in that moment, we’ve just started the process all over again. But recognize this in the way that I’m sharing this with you. The second that you check in, so you project into consciousness, you separate the sensation from the story. And then what we do is then we check in, like digging up the, you know, what we planted yesterday. And we’re like, okay, am I better today? Do I feel a little better? I don’t know. Let me check in. Yeah, I feel like 17 .4% better. Or no, I don’t feel any better. And in the second that we do that, we’re stepping right back into the air, quote, sick or broke or lonely human identity, which basically we’re digging up the potatoes that we’ve just planted. and starting the whole thing over again. What we have to do is what Don Javier told me to do back in 2020. Rest in the silence. Rest in the quiet space. You’re not trying to manipulate anything. You’re not trying to change anything. You’re simply resting. As Don Obvious said to me many years ago, you’re resting in divine mind.
Now, many people, especially 3D-oriented people, are going to want proof. Well, then you’re doing what I just said. You’re stepping right back into the human identity. trying to make something happen. And by the way, I don’t know if you’ve ever noticed before, but the more you try to make something happen, the less it generally happens. Look at your own life, you’ll find that to be true.
And then finally, treat the pain or the lack of money or the loneliness or whatever basically as just background noise. Don’t get into it. And what I mean by that, you ever been having this really good conversation with somebody? It’s a really just, it’s a connective conversation and you’re enjoying it. and all of a sudden the air conditioning kicks in or trains or something and something kicks in, notice what we do. We’re not screaming at the air conditioner per se, as long as we’re sane and rational. We’re not screaming at the air conditioning. We’re not screaming at these things outside of ourself. We just are intently focused on the conversation in front of us. And where we want to be focused is on the wellness. on the peace, on the health, on the prosperity, but in a very gentle way and leaving it as that.
Okay, so let me break this down a little further and we will wrap up here. I call it the three-minute circuit breaker. And it’s what I call the pause. Let’s say that something pops up tomorrow health-wise or money-wise. You check your bank account and there’s not, you know, there what you expected. or you suspect a relationship is going to end or whatever it is for you, okay? So what we want to do, and especially health things, you don’t want to, I did this many years ago, you don’t want to go running off to Dr. Google, okay? You don’t want to reach for the quickest supplements you can get. You don’t want to be desperate and you don’t want to start manifesting and all these kind of things. What you simply want to do is just stop, close your eyes, And then what you want to do is speak one clear truth to your analytical brain. And that truth can be something along these lines. Consciousness is the only law and reality. I am not a physical body trying to get healthy. I am awareness containing this physical body.
Now think about that. I’ll say it again. Because this is true, and science even proves this. Consciousness is the only law and reality. I am not the physical body trying to get healthy. I am awareness containing this physical costume. And notice what I said, and I said it earlier. I am not a physical body trying to get healthy. When we live from that identity… of we are the physical body and the physical body is not healthy or it feels bad. That’s just what we keep perpetuating in the 3D. And then what you do after you speak that is just drop all the words. You don’t have to try to do anything. You don’t have to force anything. Just sit in quietness. Two minutes. That’s it.
What will happen is in that moment, whether it be money, relationships, and health, the universe goes to work. And again, I think back to about 2022 or 2023 when Don Javier came over for dinner and we’re talking about my own healing. I didn’t believe him candidly at that point, even though I trusted him with my life. He said, when you go into complete silence, the body starts healing right away. You don’t have to direct it. You don’t have to do anything. Just go into silence. And at this point in my life, I understand that because in complete silence is where, I’m going to use this word intentionally, is where God lives, where God exists. And in that moment, you are communing with higher mind, God, consciousness, whatever you call it. In that moment, you are one with divine source.
Your final takeaway is this. is stop treating yourself as a broken project that needs fixing. And again, that broken can be any area of your life. So stop treating yourself as if you’re broken, as if you need healing. And what you simply want to do is step outside of the human story, lay down, and forget fighting the body, fighting the economy, fighting Trump on economics, fighting this and fighting that, because like Mother Teresa says, what you fight weakens you. and basically reside into the silence of source.
Now again, we as humans are not conditioned to recognize ourself in this way, which is why I created the program Brainwashed. I don’t know when you’re going to be listening to this, but the next time we open that program, I think we’re going to do it again, would be January of 2027 at the earliest. And again, I don’t know when you’re listening, but keep that on your radar. we’ll probably be brainwashed again. But we’ve been brainwashed into believing that we’re nothing more than meager, basically human beings, and we’re subject to all the limitation of being human. And that is a freaking lie that we’ve all been brainwashed to believe.
