You know who you are and what you are by your limitations. When we recognize ourselves primarily through our limitations, in that moment, we have relinquished all Cosmic Seniority. We know ourselves by the limitations, but on the flip side, what if I said make a list of 25 of your abilities? When the warrior stops talking to himself, anything is possible.

When you connect with the Divine Mind, you don’t need to give orders to your organs, you’re listening to the Transform Your Life from the Inside Out podcast. This episode is titled Life Wisdom from a Sorcerer. Now, in the past, I’ve done many episodes titled Conversations with a Sorcerer, but in this episode and the next one I just want to give you tidbits of wisdom, quicker takeaways than an entire episode, things that you can actually use for self-reflection.

And you can actually start applying in your own life now. What I’m going to share are tidbits and I’ve got thousands upon thousands of notes on all this. But these are all things that Don Xavier has shared in conversation over the years that I made note of when he said it. So I wanna share random thoughts that I pulled that I know that when you apply them to your own life, they’ll make a difference. Keep listening.

Okay, so random thoughts. In this particular episode, I believe that I have pulled four for you guys. And as I’m going through each of these four, what I want you to think about is your Cosmic Seniority. Now, I did a couple of episodes on that recently, and Cosmic Seniority is knowing yourself for, you know, for a lack of better ways to put it.

Cosmic Seniority is knowing yourself as soul. As I said in those episodes, you came to planet Earth with Cosmic Seniority, the seniority of having lived many, many, many, many thousands of lifetimes. But as I said in those episodes, we forget that we have this seniority, and then we fall into a lot of human traps.

So in this episode, and the next one, and the reason I’m doing these, full transparency. And many of you have been where I am right now. I’m going on vacation tomorrow. It’s been a very busy past two weeks. I’m going on vacation tomorrow to Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Family owns, you know, one of my family members owns a home there. If you’ve never been there, check it out. It’s a beautiful place. It’s also the ethereal home of the ascended masters, but I have got a full day of activity and I’m going to be packing until 2 a.m.

And thinking about these episodes, I’m like, okay, what can I do that’s simple and easy that will also bring great value to you guys, which is why I am doing these episodes. So number one thought, and these are all thoughts, and I said this before, back in 2021, I said this exact sentence, but I’m going to say it again, because it applies now, just like it did four years ago when I said it.

And the rest of it will be different things I’ve taken from different notes at different times. All right, number one, you know who you are and what you are by your limitations. You know who you are and what you are by your limitations. Ponder that.

The way that I look at this is that you know yourself by your limitations, not by your potential. I’m not sure if I shared it with you guys here. I know I’ve talked about it, but back maybe three or four years ago, maybe five years ago, there was a season of American Idol that there was a guy, Phillip Phillips, you might know who he is.

He won American Idol. And in the auditions, there was a guy named Sam Woolf. And in his audition, which was early in the entire series, that season, all the judges said, “That guy can win it.” And when I heard him playing, I had the same thought, “That guy can win it.”

Now, he did, he didn’t win. He came in like fifth place. And in the final episode of that season, he literally played on stage with this guy that I’m talking about, Phillip Phillips. Philip also had a couple more years of experience, maybe two more years of experience than Sam.

But when Philip was on the stage, he literally tore it up. I mean, he lit that stage on fire. Sam could have done the same, but he didn’t because of how he sees himself. So when I said, you know yourself by your limitations, not by your potential.

I look at, okay, what did Philip know himself by? He knew himself by his potential, and he knew that he could potentially, because he’s already done it, he knew that he could set that stage on fire. Now, Sam didn’t know himself by the potential that he could set the stage on fire. He knew himself by his limitations.

So Don Xavier also said to me, we recognize ourselves by our limitations. Now, when we do this, think back to the episodes I recently did on Cosmic Seniority. When we recognize primarily, you know, recognize ourselves primarily through our limitations, in that moment, we have relinquished all Cosmic Seniority.

We’ve given up that powerful part of us to the 3D human smaller ego part of us. And then what we do is we identify with the human 3D limitations. And then what happens is we literally, we identify with those limitations.

They could be, and mine was for many years in middle school and grammar school, was I’m not good at math. And I learned that as I’ve said before, you know, I don’t know if it’s been a long time since I’ve said it. But in first grade, my math teacher looked at me and said, “You’re not good at math.”

As a result, I learned to know myself by that limitation. And the limitation was is that I wasn’t good at math. I didn’t know myself by my Cosmic Seniority, recognizing how come I can make A’s in every other class, but I’m flunking algebra because I knew myself by my limitations.

Now what I want to do, I’m going to use the word “test” only as because I couldn’t think of a better word on the fly to be honest with you. So what I want to show you in this little test is how you identify more easily with your limitations than you do your potential and your abilities.

You can do this physically if you want. You can write it down. You can not write it down. You can even be thinking about this as I’m saying it. So if you were to make a list of your top 25 limitations, think about how easy that would be for you to make.

At least the top 10 would probably fly right out of your mouth. I’m not good at marketing. I’m not good at sales. I’m not good at dancing. I’m not good at, like me, algebra.

I’m not good at rock climbing and the list goes on and on and on. We know ourselves by the limitations, but on the flip side, what if I said make a list of 25 of your abilities, 25 things you have the potential to do? Notice how much harder that second list is to make and create than the first list.

Why? Because we know ourselves by our limitations. Okay, so point number one, you know who and what you are by your limitations. But where we want to operate from is what if I actually knew myself from and by my possibilities.

As you can see, that would create an entirely different world for us. Next one, and I’ve heard this a lot from Don Xavier not directed at me per se, but of the people that he works with and right now there are eight people that have worked with him for literally 25 years and then there are some new people that have been around three, four, five years that have worked with him.

And all of us that have been around for a long time, we’ve literally learned to get quiet when we’re around him. We mean, I mean physically environmentally and also mentally. But a lot of the newer people around him are in their head chatter the entire time.

So what I’m gonna share here, he has said before, and number two is unplug from yourself. Think about that, unplug from yourself. Now, what does that mean? As I started thinking about what I wanted to add, the meat and potatoes I wanted to add to this one comment that he made, unplug from yourself.

I don’t recall why he said it, but I know him well enough to know why he said it. And the reason he said it is because these newer people working around him, as I’d mentioned, they literally are nonstop analytical. They are in their mind 24/7.

They go to bed and their mind is like a supercomputer going and going and going and going. Then they can’t rest and then they can’t sleep and then they’re tired the next day because they can’t even unplug from their own mind in their own brain. A lot of people that work with Don Xavier that are newer, they’ve been around two, three, four years, they are overly analytical and they are over thinkers and they think a lot even about spiritual concepts.

And even though you hear me talking a lot about not thinking and shutting down the mind and connecting with Divine Mind, Divine Mind is not the same as individual mind. But a lot of people, now I’ve been, there’s a group of us, eight of us, that have worked with him for 25 years or more.

And then there are what he calls the new kids on the block and newbies. And they’ve been around anywhere from two to five years. Many of them are overly analytical. And when we’re with him, even, well, when they’re not with him, they still do the same thing, they are over analytical, over analytical, over analytical, and they can’t sleep at night.

So what he’s told these people in a phrase that he’s used for many years is when he goes to bed, he didn’t do it anymore, but he said many years ago a phrase that he would speak is “I abandoned myself to my rest.” So what I’m suggesting is unplug from yourself at night because it’s your analytical mind that’s just going and going and going and going, and you’ve got to unplug from that.

And a trick that I learned many years ago, I’m not a worrier anymore because worrying is insecure thinking. Anytime you worry, what you’re effectively saying to yourself without even knowing you’re saying it, is I don’t know how to resolve this. I’m trapped, I’m stuck, there’s no way, there’s no solution.

And that’s what actually perpetuates the worry is not knowing what’s going to happen later. There’s no power in that, I don’t worry. But I remember many years ago, I was taught by a mentor of mine, it’s okay to worry. And what she said, and this was literally two decades ago, she said to me, if you’re gonna worry, that’s great, but pick 15 minutes every day, and you’re gonna worry your butt off for that 15 minutes.

So what I learned many years ago, and I actually even put in the practice, is okay, if I’m gonna worry, I’m gonna worry my gas off for 15 minutes. And she even said, formalize it, set a timer. And that timer, you’re welcome to worry as much as you possibly can and want to and as deeply as you want to for 15 minutes.

After that 15 minutes is up, you’re no longer allowed to worry and now you have to go into problem solving mode. Now, when it comes to problem solving and I don’t want to get too far off track, most people spend most of their time worrying, which is a whole different brain function than they do.

Okay, what’s my resolution? How do I solve this? So that’s one way to actually unplug from yourself. Another is no matter where you are in life, you’ve created it through your self-talk, your self-image, and your self-identity.

So what you could do is you could audit your self-talk. This will make a dramatic change in your life. There’s a favorite phrase that I’ve had a sticky on my wall for many years, and it’s not on my office wall right now, but it was on my wall for many years.

And that phrase is this, when the warrior stops talking to himself, anything is possible. When the warrior stops talking to himself, anything is possible. So what I know is I can talk myself into things, I can talk myself out of things.

And when I’m talking to myself out of things, I’m literally plugged in to all of my past limitations. I have to unplug from that. And the way that I unplug from that, as I say “jump,” literally, this is what I say guys, “jump” and make sure your name is “jump.”

I say “jump.” Stop thinking, move your attention. Because I know if I stay plugged into all of the self-talk, and all of the critical talk that’s going through my mind. If I stay plugged into that, I’m going to talk myself out of what needs to be done to create what I want to create.

So the ways that I can share with you to unplug from yourself, number one, at night time, when you’re going to bed, I abandon myself to my rest. Or if you’re one of those people and you insist on worrying, then set a timer. You’re allowed to worry for 15 minutes, because by the way, worrying is not resolution thinking.

Worrying only perpetuates the problem, and the more you worry, the more you perpetuate the problem. Notice that you overthink. If you overthink and overthink and overthink and overthink, take what I’ve given you here and try the self-talk or abandoning yourself to your rest.

And I think back many years ago, when I was in a channeling of Don Juan Matus, who was Don Xavier’s mentor, and he was talking to someone else in the room, and he said to this person, “When you get into your head all the time, and you constantly worry and you constantly think, you don’t exhaust me, you don’t exhaust the world, you exhaust yourself.”

So if you find that you’re exhausting yourself, it’s time to unplug from yourself. Number three, this was from a conversation back during Coronavirus. And as I was going through notes last night, I kid you not, I kid you not.

Repetitively, I kid you not. I have literally over 1,000 pages of notes over the years. Every time I talk to Don Xavier, it doesn’t matter where it is. Now, this day and age, I just record things on my phone.

But for a large part of the 2000s, I would literally, in the 1990s, I would just take notes. And I have literally thousands of pages of notes. And I found this one line in there, but this was back during Coronavirus. And he said, here’s the exact line.

He said, when the body is 100%, it can take anything from nature. When the body is 100%, it can take anything from nature. Now, the reality is most of our bodies, I would speculate that many people will listen to the podcast, many are in the holistic healing, health, wellness, spirituality.

I mean, I know our tribe. That’s who we are. That’s who I am. And if you’re here, then you’re attracted to the message and that’s probably who you are. But if you look out, and what I’m going to say will apply to you as well.

But if you look out in the 3D world and the United States alone, and it’s not like the same world in the world for the most part, in the United States, look at the obesity rate. The obesity rate, I think 80% of Americans are overweight. And they are not a hundred percent in the body, meaning the body is not at a hundred percent.

And when he said when the body is a hundred percent, what he meant was a hundred percent function of the body and of the mind. He meant them both. Now, I didn’t say that, and he didn’t say it, but I know that’s what he would say, because even what you feed your mind, you’re feeding your body, because whatever you’re feeding your mind, literally your mind is communicating with your body and all your cells are talking.

So if you’re feeding your mind garbage, you’re feeding your body garbage. Why? Because the body is going to correspond to the mind. But let’s look at the tangible things. This is going to sound judgmental.

It may be, I don’t know if it is or isn’t. But in the United States, it blows my mind, the amount of people that put absolute garbage in their body and they call it food. No one can tell you how you’re supposed to eat. I don’t even think it should be legislated.

I think you should have that free will and that free choice. But for example, when you go into a convenience store, I was up in Martha’s Vineyard a while back and I had been in a convenience store a long time. I live in Sedona, Arizona and there’s no reason to go. That’s a small town.

There’s no reason to go in the convenience store. But I remember being on vacation up in Martha’s Vineyard and I needed some water and I walked into a convenience store and I just stopped for a second and I looked at all the aisles of what they had. Everything in all the aisles was all like, you know, in the bisco and the crackers and the cheese and the beef jerky and all these kind of things that are extremely unhealthy for the body.

Then, three walls in that store were covered in coolers with drinks everything from energy drinks and Monster and Celsius and this kind of drink and that kind of drink and they literally had out of probably 12 different coolers literally four, four, well four, you know, what like a big cooler that has four compartments in it and they’ve got 12 of these compartments in the store.

Literally, the bottom half of one of the compartments was water. And my thought to myself was, there’s nothing in here that’s edible. But yeah, if you look at the world that we live in, people go to convenience stores and of course they have sell people and the hot dogs and the junk food and the Cheetos and the chips and all these kind of things.

And then a big gulp, you know, big gulp drink, which are what, 32 ounces of sugar. Guys, you’ve got to do what’s good for you. It’s not my place to tell you how to live, what to do, and how to be. But in this culture, people, they load up on these excesses.

And you know what? If you have a Coke every so often, great. Enjoy it. I’ve not had one in 25 years. But if you want one, great. Enjoy it.

But I know people that will drink literally, I had a client one day telling me she did not drink water, she drank two cases of coke per day. Holy mackerel, can you imagine the sugar in that? We have to do things, and these are things, everything from literally meditation, because meditation automatically heals the body.

And where I want to go there as part of this bullet point is he and I were talking about meditation, and he also taught me prior that we can command the body, because we the soul owns the body and we can command the body. And I might have even talked about that before in an episode.

But what he said is that when you are in divine communion, meaning when you are in meditation, not just going through the act, but you are in meditation, you simply don’t have to literally give any command to the body whatsoever, because the body automatically starts healing itself. But what many of us do, when we have something wrong in the body, what we do is we go into what I’ve talked about before, oh no, oh no, oh no, mayday there’s something wrong with me, oh my gosh, I’m sick, OMG, OMG, OMG.

We go into that, or we place our on it, and when we place our attention on it, that makes us even sicker. So the takeaway is, when your body is 100%, it can take anything from nature. And this would mean to be at 100% if you can look into it, and if you can afford it, definitely look into it if we’re at sauna.

All kinds of detoxes, sulfur to detox the body, magnesium, all these different things that we can supplement the body with. You want to supplement the physical body because the external world that we live in, literally in many ways, you know, Don Xavier and I were talking one time, and he said, no matter where you go on this planet, he goes, you can go to the whitest pure snow on the top of Mount Everest.

And guess what? It’s going to be polluted with human toxins. You could take that snow, you could analyze it, and you’re gonna find garbage in it. You’re going to find toxins in it. We live on a toxic, physically toxic planet.

We have to detoxify the body. When we detoxify the body, and I’m not gonna give you any other examples on what I did here, meaning the infrared sauna, magnesium, whatever it might be for you, turmeric, whatever it might be. But when you detoxify the body, do your own research on this, literally, you help the body be at 100%.

And if you want proof of when you’re at 100%, the body can take anything. Look at the amount of people they got Coronavirus. They didn’t even know they had Coronavirus. Nothing happened.

But then look at the people that had the highest mortality rate. They were the people that were the sickest and the obese and the diabetics and the heart conditions and all these kind of things. And they had comorbidity. And what’s interesting is when Coronavirus hit, I also had comorbidity, but yet I came through it just fine.

When I had Coronavirus, trust me, I didn’t like it, but I came through it just fine because I kept working from, how do I stay at 100% how do I stay at 100% that? Okay. So the next one, and we’ll actually wrap the podcast up on number four, is what I just touched on, is when you connect with the exact, what he said exactly was, when you connect with the Divine Mind, you don’t need to give orders to your organs.

Now, as I said, I know my tribe, because we’re all the same, we’re all spiritualists, for the most part. Not all of us, but most of us. We’re all into self-evolution, personal evolution. We’re all into spiritual growth, for the most part, or at least interested in it.

So many people, and I’ve talked about it before because I am a hypnotist, but so many talk about, okay, if you want to heal your body, you’ve got to do, what is it? Tapping. You’ve got to do EFT, you’ve got to do hypnosis, you’ve got to do acupuncture, you’ve got to do massage, you’ve got to do all these kinds of things to heal the body.

And Don Xavier’s comment to me, because he and I have talked about this before, he does none of those things, yet the dude is 73 years old and he’s got enough energy to outrun a 25-year-old. And he’s very, very healthy. I’ve seen him hop on a Bellicon rebounder, a little trampoline, that he would take on vacation.

I’ve seen him bounce for 90 minutes at 145 beats a minute. So when it comes to health and wellness, I listened to him hook, line, and sinker. And nine times out of 10, even he’ll tell us, those of us who work with him, he’ll tell us to take particular supplements.

When Coronavirus was around, he’s like, “Here, you want to take these supplements. When this is going on in the world, take these supplements.” And it can even be food that he’ll recommend. There were some things happening on the planet one time energetically, and he said, “All of you guys want to eat sweet potatoes every single day for the next two weeks.

Why let your food be your medicine. So let the Divine Mind be your medicine. And as I’ve talked about before, go to the fact we go to the Divine Mind. But what many of us do is we get caught in the holistic healing arts.

And if you’re doing the healing arts, more power to you. I love what you do, because many people need you because they don’t have your abilities. And they need you for acupuncture, and they need you for hypnosis, and they need you for tapping and they need you for what it’s an EFT or whatever it’s called.

People need you because they’re so disconnected from their own energy that you’re helping them heal. But when it comes to you, connect with the Divine Mind. Because when we’re doing all these applications, what we’re trying to do is trying to manipulate the organs through the mind.

We don’t need to manipulate the organs through the mind. We need to get out of the way and let Divine Mind heal the organs. This is why Anita Moorjani, who wrote Dying to Be Me, one of the lines in her book, and she was here in Sedona, Arizona, I met her a couple of years ago, she said something that I agree with 1,000%.

When you think about this, it’s profound, but it will also change your life. She said, “The way to heal is to need no healing.” The way to heal is to need no healing. So when we think we need healing, most of us, and I’ve been there before, we become the identity of a sick person and we’re trying to heal the sick person.

But notice when you’re not sick, you’re not trying to heal anything. So the way to heal is to need no healing. Okay, so you might be wondering, all right, Jim, how do I not need any healing? By the way, I’m a little hoarse right now.

You might be able to tell the change of my voice. I just took a break and drank some water and it went down the wrong pipe. But I’ve got to get this done today, so let’s keep going. What Don Xavier told me years ago is all we have to learn to do is get quiet, go inside.

You call that meditation. And he told me that when we go into not the act of meditation, but the state of meditation, when we go into meditation, the body starts healing itself automatically. And that’s what Anita Moorjani meant by the way to heal is to need no healing.
