And I've coached super achievers all around the world for over 25 years. Here, you're going to find no rah rah motivation, and no hype. Because this podcast is a combination of Brain science, Transformational Psychology, and Ancient Wisdom all rolled into one to take your life to levels, you have never thought possible. If you're wanting a lot more in life, to feel better, to heal, to have peace of mind, to feel powerful and alive. And to bring more abundance and prosperity into your life. This podcast is for you, you're going to start learning how to master your mind and evolve your consciousness. And when you do that, anything you want, then becomes possible for you. I'm glad you're here.
Okay, this episode, I did a similar episode like this a little earlier. And I talked about silence of the mind. So let me just share this with you first, you know, just to get this off my chest is actually I have a an entire video marketing company. And they're actually doing a, six months worth of content. And this is one of the videos that we shot. So I also have to create an audio for it. What I do not want to do, though, some people just actually they their videos, and their audios and their pods and everything are all the same. I don't want to be that way I want you know, even though I've already got an episode on silence of the mind, this will be a little similar, but it'll be different. So I strongly suggest that you go back earlier, I think it's episode number six or something like that, how to silence your mind and live your highest potential. This will be, you know, akin to that, but it will also be different than that as well.
FDR said, and I don't know if he said this, or a speech writer wrote it for him. But he said men and obviously meaning women and people, but men are not prisoners of their fate, they are only prisoners in their mind. And obviously, you know that's what I talk about more than anything else is your mind and transformation and how to unleash your mind and how to use your brain. But I remember when it comes to mind what most of us use our mind for his thought. And for most of us mental monkey chatter in the brain.
I also want to address something here as well, I don't know where you're starting, you know, in the podcast series and episodes and all of that. I do want to point out that many people have said, it's a really good idea to go all the way back to the beginning and just start from there. Now, that being said, said I've mentioned before is I don't read a lot of the reviews. I rarely do and I don't know even when when new ones are posted. And I do want to say that, thank you so much. I am literally just heartfelt grateful for those of you that post positive reviews and you're getting a lot out of our time together.
What I want to point out also is obviously, I am not a perfect person, and I am learning my lessons while I'm here on this planet. But somebody said, in one of the reviews that the quote was that I brag about working with a shaman, I don't know that I've ever bragged about it at all. And that's not the approach that I take and not the approach. And that would actually that would contradict everything about apprenticing with a shaman. And I think more than anything, what that person was doing is making interpretations and projecting. But the reason that I tell you that one is just transparency. But secondly, I tell you that because I do the best that I can to bring you the content that I can in a way that will will help you transform your life. And working with a shaman so closely for so many years. It's such a part of my experience on this planet, that it literally it's just part of every single day of mine.
And so I know that I bring it a lot here. And if it doesn't work for you, then I don't know what to say. It doesn't work for you. But for the most part, the reason that I mentioned my brother in law is to bring wisdom to you guys to bring, to bring the experience of working with a shaman and not so much the experience, but the outcomes and transformations of working with a shaman to you, so that you can improve your life and live. And we even want to say improvement, let me put it this way. So you can evolve your life. And you can create all the things that you want in life. So anyway, I just wanted to say that. I remember when I met my brother in law'scalled a benefactor who's also a shaman.
And the first time that I met him, this is what he said to me. And this is a very profound statement. He looked at me and this was back in the mid 90s. And he said You think too much. And he said to me, he said, when you think too much, you make yourself heavy. And when you make yourself heavy, you cannot fly. Now, obviously what he meant by that is that and I have been there, okay. And it's easier for some of us than others. So some of you are highly, highly, highly analytical people 0predominantly left brain people, and it's hard for you to shut down that mental chatter. But what he meant was is that the more that I think and I chatter and chatter and chatter and mind chatter, mind chatter and self talk and mind chatter, the more that I do that the heavier I become, and then the heavier I become, literally, the less that I can create and be in life. And specifically relative to this episode is the you know, the the less amount of awareness that I have, because everything in life is about awareness. And that's what I want to talk about a little bit in this episode, is I want to talk about awareness, I want to talk about sixth sense, I want to talk about higher function of the mind.
But I want to talk about that sixth sense, because we all know, we have the five senses, you know, touch, smell, taste, etc. But very few people actually work on developing the higher awareness, the intuition, or what people call the sixth sense, or simply what I call sense, s-e-n-s -e. And the only way that we can do that is by literally silencing the mind and silencing the chatter. So when he said that I make myself heavy, meaning that's all the chatter and chatter and chatter, which makes me heavy and drags me down. And then when he said, you know, you cannot fly, what he meant was, is that I could expand and evolve and grow myself to levels of higher sense and higher awareness, because my mind was dragging me down.
Okay, in this episode, I want to talk, I'm going to hop around here a little bit. And I'm going to be as you know, set, as I said, transparent, this wasn't an easy episode for me to put together because when we talk about teaching somebody how to develop their sixth sense. I mean, this is something that I've worked on for a lot of years. And it's not something that you can actually make happen, because if you're trying to make it happen, that's your left brain, which actually shuts down the higher awareness, the intuition and the sense, however, we can use the left part of our brain, the thinking part of our brain, the analytical part of our mind and brain to actually to command the subconscious mind to actually open up our higher senses. Hopefully, that made sense to you. And I'll tell you, a little bit later our time together what I mean by that. So talking about mind, just very briefly, I want to talk about lower mind and higher mind.
Now, the way that I have categorized in my mind, is that lower mind is your thinking mind. It's the part of you listening right now saying, okay, yep, I get it. This makes sense. That sounds true. To me, that sounds right to me, whatever you're saying to yourself. And we'll talk a little bit more about that, you know, a little later in the episode, but then we also have higher mind. and higher mind is what I call beyond ordinary awareness. And it's tapping into your higher consciousness. For me, I also call it divine mine, Carl, you called it super consciousness. So when we can tap into that part of the mind, the higher mind higher consciousness, that's where the intuition comes in. That's where the Sixth Sense comes in.
You know, if you look at animals, for example, like dogs, many of you, you know, statistically, I think, 70% have you on dogs, I have a couple of dogs. But But dogs work from their sense. They don't work from their analytical thinking mind. And we, as human beings also have that ability. And like I said, In this episode, you can call it intuition. But we have that higher sense to guide us in life, and most of us, and we've just never developed it. So again, that's what we're talking about in this episode. I read this in several places, and I don't have anything scientific. And I don't think there's any way you could measure it scientifically. I don't have anything to scientifically prove my point. But I want to share my point with you is that I read in multiple places, the Indonesian tsunami in 2004. I don't know the number, but it was tragic, weren't or something like 250,000 people that were killed, and that tsunami, and what was miraculous, or interesting or intriguing to a lot of people is that, as I understand very few animals, very few dead animals were found.
And the reason why is because we human beings, very few of us tap into our sense or develop our higher sense. And we function with lower mind, 3d analytical mind, you know, left brain Think, think think think, chatter, chatter, chatter, you know, monkeys of the mind. And we can hear, meaning we can hear higher wisdom, higher guidance. And what I read was, is that there were very few dead animals found. And the reason why is because you got you all know this, let's take your dog, for example. You know, many of us use it as a joke. And it's not a joke. But many people will say, you know, what, if you've got a dog, they'll say, you know, what, my dog can read people right away? Well, animals can read, they can sense dogs can sense cats consents, animals can sense they feel it. And when you look at all, when you look at the lack of animals that were found dead in 2004, the reasoning and rationality is is that we humans were sitting on the beach having our my ties and, you know, we're not aware, we don't have this higher intuition, higher function of the mind developed. But yet the animals, they knew, they knew something was going to happen, because they could feel the changes and barometric pressure and the weather and everything else. And the animals went to higher ground. And because they went the higher ground, obviously, they were safe. But the humans, they weren't using their sense, higher sense higher intuition. And many, many hundreds of thousands of people were killed as a result of that.
As I said earlier, I just being transparent with you, you might even hear it in my voice. And as I'm going through this, I struggled with this episode for several days. Normally, I know my episodes, I know what I want to talk about, boom, I just put on my microphone, and I just go right through it. And I really struggled with this episode and getting it to you and putting it together. Because I can talk about this. But the reality is, is this, this is your journey. I mean, I can talk about awareness and higher mind and all these things. And I've had guidance for many, many years. But in a 20 minute podcast episode, the only thing for the most part that I can get you doing here is to get you to start thinking about this and to bring this even in terms of thought into your awareness, and then I'm going to not send you I'm going to give you a few different approaches, and just a bit, and then let you start exploring this yourself, because all of our journeys are personal. And this is something that is your task. And this lifetime, if you choose to develop this sense, what I've been taught over the years is that everything is about awareness. Consider that for a moment, even in my transformational coaching programs, or one to one coaching or whatever, and you look at your own life, you cannot change anything if you're not even aware that something's going on with you.
And there are many, many layers of awareness. I mean, we have what I call ordinary awareness, and we have non ordinary awareness. But everything is about awareness in your life. And the only way to become aware of non ordinary awareness, which means higher awareness is through your higher mind. And the only way to do that is to quiet your lower mind. And again, I reference maybe the second or third time, go back and listen to I believe it's episode number six, the episode on silencing your mind or living your higher potential, I think it's how I titled it, because you can't get to the higher mind, if you've got this chatter. It's kind of like, let me give you an example here. Let's say that you want to you're in a hotel or some office building, and you want to go to the second floor that's really, really, really quiet. But you're in the lobby. And it's so noisy in the lobby, that nobody can tell you where the elevators are, and you don't know where they are. And you just hear all of this chatter, chatter, chatter chatter in the lobby, and you never make it to the second floor, because you don't know how to get there because of all the other the noise in the lobby.
Well, when I was told in 1996, that when I think I make myself too heavy, and want to make myself too heavy, I cannot fly. That's exactly another. Another analogy for that is that I'm back then I was in the lobby, and it was so loud that I couldn't hear. And many of you, as I referenced in the other episode, I've been talking about many of you live your life with so much noise. And many of you. I just remember this as I'm recording this. Many years ago, I lived in New York City. And I lived at a very, very busy intersection I lived I lived on Broadway/Amsterdam, Amsterdam 72nd Street, which is a massive, massive intersection in New York City, residential neighborhood. And many people in New York City have roommates and my roommate had had the apartment for a lot of years, and I moved in any of the TV on his bedroom was facing Broadway. And he had the TV on and was ready loud. And I said, you know, your TV's really. And I didn't say at the very first day. I mean, I got to know him a little bit. And I said, your TV's really loud. And he says, Yes, I know, I use it to drown out the noise from the street. And notice how noisy his environment was externally and internally. But he was used to it.
And as I alluded to on episode number six, I believe I should have looked up the episode before I started this. But anyways, I alluded to before, that's how many of us live our lives. We just live in noisy, noisy environments. And the tragedy of that is that we cut off, we cut off our greatest resource, which is our sense. And our higher mind, which quite literally can guide us to anything we want in life. It can keep us safe, it can bring us abundance, it can bring us healing, anytime in my own life that I'm looking for answers whether it be healing, or I mean, it's anything but this applies to all of us, we're all on the planet. Anything that I'm looking for I talked to my unconscious mind, or I simply even ask. And I get quiet, because I know. And that silence. And that space is where I can hear the answers.
Now for many of us that come in different ways. You know, some people get it in dreams, which I'm a dreamer. And I'm very proficient at that. I've talked about that. Also, here, there's a podcast on it. But mine, for the most part comes in the ways of Aha's. And when I say Aha, I just know it, it just pops into my mind. And that's really what I want you to get in this episode is to start thinking about, okay, how do I open up the space in my mind, so that knowing, and new ways of knowing and new information, they just come to me. And I know that it's true. When it comes to me. I'm talking higher and lower mind. The lower mind is I've said is all mental chatter. It's the noise. It's the what I call the monkey and the trees. I remember I was traveling down in South Mexico one time, and I was down in Palenque Mexico doing ceremony, their spiritual ceremony.
Palenque is the tomb of Lord Pakal, who was the longest reigning Mayan leader. And late at night, I was sitting up one night, and it will every night, but late at night, you could hear in the jungle, all the monkeys and was just chatter, chatter, chatter, chatter and monkey talk. And if you step back, and you look at your own life, there's so much monkey talk. And unfortunately, for most of us, and I am not putting myself any better or any worse than anyone else. Yet, I have been conditioned to have awareness of this is so much of this monkey talk is toxic. That's crazy, right? You know, when you really think about it, you look at all the monkey talk that you have going on. I mean, if you watch the, like the Buddhist said, observe your thinking, if you watched your thinking for even one hour, how much of it is toxic? And I'm not good enough. People don't like me, I can't do this. I'm always broke, I'm overweight, I'm so fat. I'm unhealthy. I don't feel good. Life is horrible to me, why can't I get ahead? and so on. And I'm trapped. And I'm trapped. And nothing good ever happens to me? And why can't I get a break? And I have to just struggle.
I'm, I'm guaranteeing you because I've coached enough people for you know, for many years that a significant portion of your monkey chatter is toxic chatter. And then people wonder why they're not creating what they want to create in life. Because this toxic chatter, you hear a lot of people talking about the law of attraction? Well, the toxic chatter is also actually attracting into their life, everything that they don't work that they don't want. I want a little bit off tangent there. But I'm going to just keep going with what I will let me back up here. All episodes and everything that I do. I do through sets, meaning I don't try to figure things out. I don't try to calculate things. I don't sit there and say Hmm, how can I have this kind of episode or that kind of episode? Or? Okay, let me bullet this episode out bullet, my bullet. I don't do any of that.
And candidly, somebody wrote me a personal email and said, you know, Jimmy sounded a little tired. Well, I was with my brother in law the Shaman until 7am. This morning, and it's now nighttime later that night. So yes, I am dragging a little bit. But what I want to point out is that I just let it come. I get out of the way. Many, and I didn't even think of this till just now putting this together for you guys, is many times people will say when I'm being interviewed or whatever people will say, Jim, can you actually repeat what you just said? And many times I'll say, No, I can't. Why? Because I don't know what I said, Why do I not know what I said? Because literally, it's kind of like I step aside, and I look whatever needs to come through me come through me.
And that is partially using my sense, I get out of my mind, I you know, lose my mind to some salt, positive degree. And I get out of the way and I let whatever message needs to come come through. I know you probably heard me say in one or two of the other programs, if you've downloaded my master thought formula over at jimfortin.com. Or there's another audio here episode where I say this. But I learned this phrase. And I was taught this phrase because so many of us, we want to make a difference in the world. But what I was taught is to change the world, I have to change myself, to change myself, I have to stop my world, which means internal silence. When I stopped my world, I can change my world. And when I can change my world, I can change the world. And all of that applies to silence of mind. Then once you hit that silence of mind space, now you're in your highest potential literally as a cosmic being, you're in a place where you are literally a conduit and you're connected to divine mind, higher mind, spirit, God, the quantum field, whatever it is that you want to call it. So we're also talking about intuition, but I'm calling it Sixth Sense. And Sixth Sense and higher intuition come from the silence of mind. That's why it's so vital. And I'm curious, let me ask you,
For all of you that have listened already to that episode of highest potential, how many of you fully put that into practice? What a lot of people do is they use their, their analytical mind to sabotage himself. I remember many, many years ago, it was probably 30 years ago, I've been meditating since I was in college, which we'll talk about different ways to silence the mind in just a moment. And I remember talking to this girl back in the late 80s. And she said, Oh, no, no, I just can't meditate. And I said, why not? She goes, I just my mind is way too busy. I can't silence my mind. What do you recognize that's all mental monkey mind chatter. She's using the mind chatter to already sabotage herself or she was 30 years ago, to already sabotage herrself to not access higher mind by using lower mind the chattering mind to sabotage higher mind.
So as I'm explaining that, let me ask you, how much of that applies to you. I want to share some exercises with you here some things in just a moment, some things that have come to me that come to me in dream time. And I'm going to be candid with you guys. I am as I what was a little earlier, working with a shaman. I literally wanted to name this podcast and have much more of it about advanced spirituality and even shamanism. I wanted to name this podcast, the shamans apprentice. And I asked my brother in law about that. And he actually said, No, and the reason why is he said, that would create counterproductive energy for me. And what I'm doing with the podcast, this podcast is then thanks to you has grown very, very, very quickly, minutes on fire.
It's grown very quickly. But I wanted to I wanted to talk a lot more about shamanism. And so I'm a little bit like one person, maybe 2%. I'm kidding here, but a little bit self conscious, because I keep bringing these stories to you guys. And if you don't want to hear the stories, then you know what, don't listen. And I mean that kindly, but this is who I am. And this is what I bring to help you guys. But I want to share a little story here. In dreamtime, you've heard me mentioned dream time before. And I'm very adept at remembering dreams, all the way through him. And I'm at a place now practices for so many years that I can literally and by the way, there's so much more beyond dream time. I mean, Dream time doesn't even happen in the night dimensions. But I remember that a dream that I had, anytime that I need guidance of some sort, and I consciously ask for it.
I will text my brother in law and I will say hey, Don Javier, I need some help with this or that or an answer or whatever. And our code word or just, it's just for fun is can you satellite me the answer. What that means is is can you send me the answer in dream time. So I get most of my learning most of my awareness, most of my higher intuition. Even when I'm not awake, I get it and dream time. And I remember a dream it was the last dream before I woke up one morning about three years ago. And I was talking to him my brother in law and I'm and he reaches over and grabs me by in the dream by the back of the neck and stabs me in the throat mean right in the voice box. And I woke up I recalled a dream immediately. And to me everything in dream is I've been taught as a metaphor. It's a lesson. It's a learning, it's an awareness. And what I knew was is the message was this Be quiet for 24 hours. And I wasn't allowed to speak a peep not even to myself, not to my dogs, no vocalization whatsoever for 24 hours. And I'm going to share with you that this came to be a dream time. But I'm going to share about the Buddhist in just a moment. And that day was such an epiphany for me, it was such an eye opener, because even I've done this for so many years doing 100% silence all day long. I also want to point out there's more to the story, I won't share with you about how to make it even more impactful and more powerful. I won't share that here because you can take longer. But that day of silence was literally eye opening to me.
And what I know is this is I may misspell this but the Buddhist have what's called a VIP and sauna meditation. And a VIP and sauna meditation is where you can go to a Buddhist center, it's generally free. And they have meditation anywhere from one day, four days and 12 days depending on the center. In those days, and in those meditations, you are not allowed to speak to anyone for the duration of your time there.
There's no cell phones or any of that. And the days are filled with meditation. And I've heard a lot of people say before thing is like oh my gosh, I could I couldn't even do that for one day. And I remember one person telling me they were going to do it for 12 days. And they're like, I am really, really scared to do this. But the reality is, if you can find the VIP Buddhist center near you, and they have the VIP and sauna, meditate meditations, I would strongly recommend you do at least a day, because what's going to become obvious and I mean extremely obvious to you is how wild your monkey mind is the reptilian brain, how much how wild it is and how it just goes crazy, all day long with the chatter and the chatter and the chatter. And as I said earlier, you can't change anything until you have awareness. So that awareness would help you tremendously by doing an experience like that.
Okay, so let may give you a couple of ways here that you can dig into. And what you may even do is sit with these for a little bit and even ask yourself as you're listening and you're pondering a little later, start practicing calling on your intuition and your sixth sense. And you can even say, hey, subconscious mind or mind or higher mind or divine mind, which one of these would work best for me? Okay, I'm going to say this again. But I haven't said it in this way is this whole podcast is about transformation, transform your life from the inside out. And I've never said this exact sentence to you. But what I'm going to say to you is this is that silence of mind is the heart of self transformation. So consider that silence of mind is the heart of self transformation. Okay, so some approaches the tight you know, the timeless age old approach of meditation. I do want to point out and I haven't created an episode yet has meditation is not sitting there with just your mood rest. Meditation is a state of mind. I don't really need to go into it here because you can go to YouTube and just type in meditation and you will find a bazillion videos on meditation. And I would encourage you to look and see and see what works for you.
If you want a hyphen, your meditation, use some science, you can use binaural beats BINAURAL binaural beats. And these literally This is a science discovered back I believe in 1939 by a German psychologist. It's literally ways to train which means sync the brainwaves with slowed music, which slows you down. Again, I'm getting to the end of my time here today. I wanted to cap this at under 30 minutes. And I won't go into it any deeper right now. But just Google, just google the word binaural beats BINAURAL. And a great place to start also is over at YouTube. Let me segue here for a second.
One of my good friends from college. I started learning to meditate in college using cassette tapes, and one of my friends now I'm 54. I guess he's 53. He started the couple of years ago and he's a very successful businessman. And he said to me, he's like, why didn't I start this back when you did? Because there are so so many psychological and medical benefits to quieting the mind. As a matter of fact, when you quiet your mind, not only do you start accessing higher awareness and intuition, what you start doing is the body automatically, your body automatically starts to heal.
Another way that I want to share with you is self hypnosis. You can Google get online, Google Bing, whatever you use, and look up self hypnosis. You can look up self hypnosis meditation, self hypnosis silence a mind self hypnosis quieting the mind and do multiple searches and just look out there. There's so many mp3 audios out there that you download. That's another way to start learning to quiet the mind. And then another way like the headline is, use your mind, you can actually use your conscious mind to direct your unconscious mind to expand your intuition. I've got I have a podcast here on dream time. And you can even say things like hey, subconscious mind, before you go to bed, whatever you want to call it, I call mine sub as I mentioned before, hey sub, I want to have dreams. And I'm telling you to give me dreams, where I am learning to expand my awareness where I am learning to expand my intuition. So what you're doing is you're using your thinking analytical mind, to direct your unconscious mind to give you dreams, which we learn in dreams also, to give you dreams, showing you how to expand and how to use your intuition and your higher mind.
Okay, so there are a couple of ways right there. You know, let me ask you, as you heard these, let's play with this for just a second. As I explain these, the meditation, the self hypnosis, the binaural beats or intention which of these or did any feel right to you? And when I say feel, that's higher awareness. And it might not be physical feeling. I might not be like, oh, okay, I got a warm feeling. But what it could be is like, I don't know. Well, that one just seems he said, he said self hypnosis, that one just seems right to me. And when you get that place when you when you're having those kind of messages, now you're using your higher intuition. So a little of a little apology from me here is that I do know that I model know what I know, I just know that I did what I did, I finally got this episode Venice. take from it what you want. Yet, I'm going to tell you that in shamanism, but it doesn't matter, Buddhism, and many, many, many spiritual practices. And I don't even want to use Word spiritual, I would say higher mind and cosmic practices, is your most powerful Avenue.
Your most powerful connection to the information that you can get in the universe only comes through the silence of mind. So hopefully, you'll take that you'll sit with it, you'll ponder, you'll see how you feel about that. And you will start discovering for yourself ways to start silencing your mind. Okay, the transformational takeaway this week, obviously, is, well, not obviously, but for me, it's obvious is that silence is the heart of transformation. Because when you get silent, then the intuition comes very, very easily. Then the heightened and increased awareness comes. There's a phrase that I was taught many years ago, and I still say this phrase all the time, because it's so powerful. And the phrase is this. And it's attributed in shamanism. But the phrase is this, when the warrior stops talking, even the craziest of task becomes possible. I'll say it again, when the warrior male or female, when the warrior stops talking, even the craziest of task becomes possible.
Okay, so thank you so much for listening to this episode. And in the next episode, it's going to be a q&a, we're going to actually stop transformational stories for right now. And we're going back to to q&a episodes. And the next episode is something that I don't really know why I had not thought about creating an episode on this earlier, it's going to be a really short episode, but it's going to be the answer to a question. And millions and I mean, millions of you are struggling with us.
And like I said, I don't know why it didn't enter my mind, because it's the front of my mind used to be for what I did for a living. Millions of us struggle with anxiety, depression, and many, many people struggle with PTSD. And I'm going to show you I'm not a backup, I'm not going to show you I'm going to start talking about in the Q&A episode on Monday, what you can do, and I know this not because I read it, I know it because I've done it for many years, because out of college. My first year out of college, I had panic attacks, I had anxiety and I clinical depression all coupled.
So trust me when I tell you, I have been there before. And there are ways that you can use your mind, which we'll talk about on the Monday episode to completely eliminate the anxiety, the depression and the panic attacks. And not only that, I actually wanted to get a little research. But even though I've done this myself for many years, I've got a lot of scientific mind listeners. And there's even some research done at the National Institute of Health. That proves that this also is effective at eliminating PTSD.
Final thing I know that you probably heard if you've been listening for a while, is that I have a Facebook group called the bbe do have. Just go you can go to Facebook and search be do have and the group will come up. I have done trainings in there. As of as of today. I look back last week, this is a Monday after week after we've already done everything. But I'm offering my transformational coaching program. And that's not what I'm offering or even selling. I'm not selling anything right now. But I'm telling you and the BE DO HAVE group, the Facebook group, there are three trainings in there that are about three hours long, where I take you through ways, ways that you have to actually be in terms of identity, ways that you you know, things that you have to do in terms of habits and how your unconscious habits and brain based habits sabotage you and I talked about characteristics and ways of being.
Now the only reason I tell you that is this episode is on a Monday, we are pulling these down tomorrow. So if you haven't watched those yet, run over to Facebook BE DO HAVE group and watch all the trainings up there before we pull them down. And I know that there's an OUTRO recorded here. Outro meaning it's my you know, my final words, but and it's pre recorded. But I do want to say from the heart, I mean, just very, very genuinely, thank you so much to each and every one of you that have written in or follow or listen or share for allowing me to serve to assist you and your transformation. Okay, thanks so much and make it a great day to day. Bye bye.
