Smarter than a potato? That’s a stupid question, right?
I could ask this another way. Are you smarter than the intelligence that works through a potato?
Let me ask that again, and in another way. Are you smarter than “Divine Mind” that works through a potato?
I start this episode talking about a potato. I mean, how does a potato become a potato? How does it know how much water to absorb, what minerals to absorb out of the soil, or how to maintain the genetic map that gives it the ability to create other potatoes?
The answer is easy…Divine Mind, and Divine Mind is the intelligence that also flows through your life, and directs and empowers every aspect of your very own life.
You can have anything, do anything, and be anything when you call upon the inherent power than runs through your body, and that is the power of universal mind or Divine Mind.

Are You Smarter Than A Potato?
Okay, so crazy, you know, crazy name, right? Are You Smarter than a Potato? And it seems so ridiculous. And I chose a potato for a reason. It seems so ridiculous to ask that question. Because I mean, we look at a potato. And it's this. You know, what is a potato vegetable? Or what? Yeah, all these things like a tomato is a fruit and stuff like that. But anyway, we all know what a potato is. And I'm laughing when I said is it a vegetable? I think it's a vegetable, meaning that it could be categorized as something else in any way. When you look at a potato, and you hold a potato, I mean, it's just a potato. But the question is, how did that potato become a potato? Ponder that, because I'm going to dig into that in this episode.
Now, I grew up as you might have heard before, in other episodes, I grew up on a farm, a small Texas farm. And when I say farm, I do mean farm. I don't mean some citified version of a farm. You know, this day and age people say, Oh, we're live on a farm. And basically, it's some real estate with two acres. No, I grew up literally in South Texas, which is an agricultural area, and fields all around us. And my grandfather was a farmer and my uncle, were farmers. And I grew up working on the farm. You know, we literally had pigs and chickens and potatoes, and cows and the whole thing. I know you look at me now. And I mean, I lived in New York City years later, and for years in Atlanta, and you know, Dallas, and now Sedona, I don't look like the country, boy, whatever that you know that persona is, but yes, I grew up on a farm.
And as a kid, I used to spend a lot of time with my grandfather, and I would help him plant potatoes, I would help him harvest potatoes, and I would help him store potatoes so that they would store for the longest amount of time. And as I think back, you know about this episode and thinking about potatoes. I remember one time, I've always been relatively introspective. And one time I said to myself, how does this potato know to be a potato? And now where I'm working from in life is divine, and infinite intelligence. And, you know, back then I used to wonder because I grew up helping my grandfather literally plant and cut and harvest and you know, the spacing and all the kinds of things and you know what I think back I used to think, how does this potato that we're planting a part of a potato? How does it know how to absorb minerals out of the earth? How does it know how to absorb water? How does it know to grow? How does it know when we can cut the potato again, and plant it and how does that know to grow?
So where did the genetic makeup come from in this potato? And that's what I look at as you know human beings, partly the genetic makeup, we have a genetic makeup, but then we look at that I read somewhere recently my sister sent it to me so like if you took all the human DNA, and you unstrung every bit of it unraveled it, and you actually put it into end, I forgot it was the exact number number but with some astronomical number of miles. And what I'm looking at here in this episode is the innate intelligence within you. Because that potato, and flowers, and birds, and dogs, and pretty much everything on the planet that grows and is organic animals, they both kingdoms, you know, the animal kingdom and the plant kingdom. There's some kind of intelligence coming through them, that helps them grow and support them, or whatever it is on their journey. I know that I've talked before about your subconscious mind, meaning mind.
And I might do some episodes on this later. I don't know. I mean, I don't know from week to week, what I'm going to do, it just kind of depends upon what pops into my mind. But I'm going to segue here for a moment. But what this is going to be about a little bit today, and I'll give you some some major takeaways is your Subconscious Mind and how to use it. But I call that divine mind, because and you called it the collective unconsciousness, Carl Jung, that's the Psychologist back in the 1930's or so. And I look at how do we harness that innate intelligence? How do we connect with Divine Mind. And I remember when I was in the hospital with heart failure, about a year and a half ago, my brother in law, the Shaman Don Xavier called me. And he said, use your mind to heal yourself. And then he said, and these are all things he said before, but he was reinforcing. And he said, use your Divine Mind to heal yourself. And he said, that's how I heal myself, is by calling upon Divine Mind for healing.
All the things that happened to me in the past year and a half, I think are all blessings. I mean, I had, as you probably already know, by listening, if you've listened to any amount of you know, any episodes for any amount of time, I had heart failure, what do they call it, Chronic Health Failure, Chronic Heart Failure or something like that CHF a year and a half ago, and they tell you that's a lifetime condition. While it can be for most people, for me, it's not in wasn't a lifetime condition. And they think is genetics that caused all this, because I'm a very healthy person. When I was in the hospital, all my blood work and everything was like very, very good. And about, I don't know, 6 7 8 months after having heart failure, I was at Don Xavier for dinner. And it was just he and my sister and maybe one or two other people. I had mentioned something about having heart failure.
And he said, get over that already. He said you're completely healed from that. And about a month and a half later, I had a Hemorrhagic Stroke. And when I was in the hospital, they did all kinds of tests, you know, they wanted to know what caused the stroke, etc, etc. And all this testing that I went through. And the neurologist said to me, he said, I thought you said you had heart failure? And I said, Yes, I did. And he goes, your heart is stronger than most people's. I think it's called an injection refraction or something like that, meaning the strength of blood being pumped out of your heart. And when I had heart failure, I went to the hospital and I was at 32%, which is not good. But the average person is I understand is in the 50% ish range.
And the the Neurologist said, he goes, you're at 73%, I believe, 70 to 73%. He said, he goes your heart is stronger than most people's hearts. Yet, I was a person who was literally seven months earlier diagnosed lifetime condition with Chronic Health, Heart failure. And I said, No, I'm going to heal myself. And I use Divine Mind to do it. I want to segue here for a second. And I want to say that if you've if you're new to the podcast, go to the very beginning. Seriously go to the very beginning of the podcast and start there because every episode, I think a lot of times we think a lot I want to go to earlier episodes of something I want to you know get the content now. And in actuality all the content here from the very beginning, all plays through and I share a lot of things with few that I want to share now, but I don't want to have to keep repeating myself every single time every single episode about my relationship with Don Xavier, my brother in law, the Shaman or anything about him over and over and over again. So the very first episode.
Okay, so then I had the blessing, I mean, who gets lucky I can't around but who gets lucky of having a Hemorrhagic Stroke and heart failure in the very same year, calendar year. And I'm pretty much healed from that as well. And that was, I don't know, 8 9 10 months ago. And I was pretty, I'm pretty much healed from that. And with both of these things, I'm glad they happened to me, because I can now talk about healing as somebody who knows how to heal, because I have healed from to what many people would say very consequential physical life events, and I'm healed perfectly, whereas most people never heal from these things to whatever degree they have them.
And the power of your mind, I know pretty much every single person listening to this podcast has said, oh, yeah, I know the power of the Subconscious Mind or I'm.And you know, you don't put it this way. If you are lacking things that you want, whether it be health or wellness or relationships, you do not understand the power of your Subconscious Mind, or your Divine Mind. When I look out into the world. And I can't tell stones because I've been there I've been I've been dead as broke before, I mean, digging in the back of my car, you know, in the seats for change to buy macaroni and cheese and tuna so I can eat. And this was many years ago after college, and I think a lot of us in college are broke. But even after I was broke for a few years lived on the beach made no money, not literally on the beach. I mean, literally, I had a condo and all that. But I worked on the beach, let me reframe that I managed to shop on the beach.
And but for many years, because I grew up poor, I struggled with money. And I'm not going to really go into that this episode, but it can pertain to money. And what I find interesting, and I've, I've had a life of health. So I understand that. And I've been in a great long term relationship for 20 years, which is very healthy. I attracted that. But what I want to point out a lot of you've heard the phrase before, and I don't like the commercial commercialization of it. But the Law of Attraction. It's very real. It's physics. And as a matter of fact, if you're having challenges attracting money, go back to episode number nine, because money is the easiest thing to attract in your life. And the metaphor that I want to give you is, you know, I live in the United States, we have listeners all over the world. And please share, please, I mean, this, obviously, there's no ads, I don't have ads on my podcast, I'm not going to sell you anything. Please share with people that you know, that can help. I mean, it's really simple to do, just share it. You know.
I was in Whole Foods tonight. And I'm marvel at the amount of opportunity and food and choices we have in the United States. And it's mind blowing the amount of waste in the US when it comes to food not even going to go there now. But you know, the metaphor that I want to bring right now is, let's say for example, that you're starving, and you want food, you need food, you're starving. And I bring you to the door of Whole Foods. And I say let's go in. And we're gonna just call your whole foods, whole foods, but it's also your Divine Mind and the way in the way that I'm sharing it now. And there's anything you're starving, and there's anything that you want to eat, in that store and a lot of things that you don't want to eat like liver and onions like me. I don't like liver and onions, or sardines, but anything for the most part that you could want to eat and that store and I opened the doors for you and say Come on, walk in and you can stop starving and you can have anything that you want to eat.
And then what most people do, they actually sit down where they are on the curb outside the store. And they continue to starve all the while there is a store full of any kind of possible food they want to the nth degree to the nth amount. And it's all available. All they have to do is walk in and they don't walk in. And if you're not creating what you want in life, health, wealth, money, relationships, whatever it is, guess what you're not walking in, what you're doing is what most people do. And I did this for quite some time is we sit down, we cross our arms, we pout, we get into a funk, we get angry, we get upset, we get into self pity, we get into all this negativity, which actually creates more of that negativity, which is how the brain works and how consciousness works. I'm offering people the opportunity to eat, it's nothing new. I mean, what I'm sharing in this episode is nothing new, for most of you listening.
But here's the thing. If it's nothing new, which is the Power of Mind, then how come statistically 70% of people listening to this podcast, live paycheck to paycheck, or even worse than that, how come? I don't know the percentage, but many people suffer with pain in ill health, when you don't have to. And I started thinking about that today. And I've thought about a, you know, pray here, you know, here and there over the years. And I think part of it is, is what I get a big kick out of is when people when they don't go into coaching with me, and most don't, because they choose not to, even though they can have anything they want, they still choose not to. And they choose to repeat their patterns over and over and over again, and many complain about it or are unsatisfied or unhappy with their lives.
But you know, everyone has the opportunity that I'm giving to you right now, just in this podcast episode. But many of us have the opportunity. And then what we don't do is we don't take it, we don't seize it, because we think, Oh, I already know that. Or let me give you an excuse for this reason, or that reason why I can't do something. And I find that so interesting. I find that interesting, that we are literally the obstacle to everything we want in life. Then because we create the obstacle through our thinking, we don't get what we want in life or think we want in life. And then guess what, what a lot of us do is we complain about not having or getting or being what we want, when in fact, we are the ones who created that through using what you use all day long, every single day. But I'm going to change this here, instead of using let's say that you missuse your mind.
There's a phrase that I like I'm going to hop around here a bit, but a phrase that I love is this. When I am feeling bad, I am misscreating. When I'm feeling bad, I am miss creating. Why because we create through our feelings. And what you feel affects consciousness. And that's what you attract. And that's what you create in your life. So what we literally do, literally what we literally do been there done that. And I blamed all the external things in my life for why I was there, which is what a lot of us do. What we do is we recreate Groundhog Day, over and over and over. Most of us live the same day today that we lived yesterday, and the day before and the day before. And you know what I mean the day before the day before the week before the month before the year before broke, broke, broke, bad health, bad health, bad health, no relationship, no relationship relationship, unhappy, unhappy, unhappy. This data the other that we live over and over and over and over and over and over. Next paragraph, and over and over and over and over and over. Next paragraph and over and over and over. sigh again.
A couple of days ago, I texted one of my friends. And I he's never been through any of my programs that let's listen to the podcast or any of that. I'm like, Hey, what's up? I've not talked to you in about a week or so. And he said I'm in a funk. Gosh, for crying out loud. I've not been in a funk and 20 years a funk is nothing more for the most part meaning you're just you know, mentally upset about something or unhappy or whatever. It's nothing more than where you hold your attention. And if you've listened for any amount of time you've heard me say before is You are where your Attention is. That being said Think for a moment now is not walking my dogs earlier tonight I walk home every night. And before I had heart failure, I wasn't sick. I didn't know how to be sick. I mean, I almost really never had the flu. I might have the cold every five years or a cold every five years. I hadn't had the flu in I don't know how many years. And I had the heart failure in 2019, I believe, I don't know what yeah, 20 20 19 or whatever. 18. I'm trying to, I don't know.
Anyway, 18 months ago, so yeah, and 19 some time. And I was thinking tonight prior to that I had not had or been prescribed, or needed a Doctor. And many years, I had not had a prescription since 1992. Consider that. So I had the heart failure in 2019. And I had not needed a prescription since 1992. Whoa, that is a long time, not needing any kind of medical care. So when I had the heart failure, it kind of knocked me sideways, to be honest, I mean, there was some really significant healing that needed to happen and some significant spiritual growth. For me, that's why I said having the heart failure and the stroke were pure blessings, because they helped me become more spiritually aware and open and evolved. And they help me help more people because I know what I'm talking about when it comes to healing.
And when I was sick, I remember thinking, I don't know how to be sick. I don't know. I mean, and it was kind of, I don't want to write words, but my mind was kind of convoluted. Because I found myself focusing at times on how bad I felt. After the heart failure, I spent some time even though I think deep down, I knew I was going to make it, I spent probably four or five, six months thinking, you know, this might be my time to leave the planet, maybe I've done what I'm supposed to do. And I need to go home, meaning leave the planet and work from the other side of the veil and help from that side. And, literally, I had the thought, I don't know if I'm gonna make it through this. Now notice my thinking there. Okay.
Now, I was having that thinking based upon how badly I felt because there were some days I'm like, This is not a good day to day, even notice my thinking there. Notice where my attention is, in both instances, maybe I should leave the planet, maybe it's time I'm feeling so good today. Now, let's look at when people are sick. Or they have disease, disease d i s / e a s e. You know, something that I've learned over the years is that it's not natural, to be sick. We live in a world where it's natural to be healthy. And think about that for a moment ponder that. It's natural to be healthy, and it's unnatural to be ill or have disease. And then we have to look at okay, if it's unnatural to have disease, even though it's a part of the world we live in. The bigger part of life is flourishing, and growing and functionality, and evolution and health. If that weren't the case, then that wouldn't be the predominance in the world. But we see so much disease in the world, and unhealthiness and that comes from one place from the human mind. Consider that people think about all the conflict in the world. I'm going to segue here for a second, all the conflict in the world.
There is no conflict in the world. The conflict that we see in the world is a reflection of the conflict and human mind and human thinking. And when we look at it from that perspective, whatever is in your life conflict or pain or anger or anguish or loneliness, or whatever is a reflection of your mind, but mainly your attention and where you hold your thinking. Now when I was walking my dog again in Dallas, I mean I made myself literally use my will and said you know what Doctor said I need to get moving, didn't feel like it. But I made myself I used my will move my attention and made it happen. And I remember one night walking and I was in pain and it just dawned on me. I said you know the worst possible place to go and Self Healing. If I'm to heal myself from this, the worst possible place to go is into fear. Because fear is not healing at all, fear is actually repulsion and repelling healing. And then I know that the cells in our body talk to each other hundreds of billions or trillions of cells talk to each other. It's kind of like a network.
And I said, if my mind is in fear, and that's what I'm talking to myself about, about, you know what it might be a reality, I may be leaving the planet, you know, if that's where I'm holding my attention, and I'm communicating that to my body, what am I communicating to all the cells in my body. And I recognized in that moment, that it's very difficult for us to heal from disease, or, you know, yeah, less disease, it's very hard for us to heal when we're in fear. But if you look at the world we live in, I'm going to bite off a little more here and just say this, the medical establishment in the world we live in, they don't hear they don't heal crap. They diagnose and post, you know, poke a bunch of pills pills in you and hook you up to a couple of machines from here and there. But it's natural intelligence that heals us. It is Divine Mind that heals us. It's not the pills, there's been tons and tons and tons of research on the placebo effect, and the power of the mind and healing and health and wellness. And I mean, medically documented, scientifically, scientifically documented.
But the whole takeaway with this part of the of the podcast today is that we have to look at where we hold our attention when we are healing ourselves. But I also don't want to play so much attention on healing because that place is attentional not being healed on disease and and being unwell. And that creates a project that creates a juxtaposition in your mind of okay, healing versus not healing. There's something that I say to myself multiple times per day. And what I say is Divine Mind, renews, restores, and regenerates my brain, my heart, and my body, Divine Mind, renews, restores, and regenerates my brain, my heart, and my body. And I actually do that with affirmations many, many times a day, but in segments of, you know, one minute each time three times a day.
But when I do that, the point is look where I'm holding my attention. Now, let's go to money. I've said it before, I've said it a bazillion times. And what I know is sometimes it takes a long time for us to hear things or many, many times to hear something before we're like, oh my gosh, I just I got it. I've heard that a bazillion times. Now I just get it. Your money is a reflection of where your attention is. I'll say it two more times. Your money is a reflection of where your attention is. Your money is a reflection of where your attention is. And if you have no money, look at where your attention is. It's on having no money. Why? Because you're working the opposite of this podcast, you're working backwards. You're working from the outside in, you look at your bank account, you're like, oh, there's not enough money in here. And that nanosecond. Look where your attention is. Look where your attention is with your healing and a nanosecond. Oh, it's hard to heal. I don't feel good. It's hard to heal. I don't feel good. Am I ever going to heal this I feel really bad. Look where your attention is.
And your attention is, for lack of a better metaphor. Words are an example. Your attention is literally driving your consciousness. Meaning this is what you're literally casting out into consciousness. Not going to go into it here. I've talked about it a lot on other episodes. But we live in a world of physics, you know, electrons and neutrons and protons and all that kind of stuff and, and conscious ness. As a matter of fact, scientists believe that consciousness is air quote, kind of the glue that holds everything together. But see consciousness is thought consciousness is thought. Now the question that I have for you here is what I request you look at, relative to your health and your wellness and your relationships. What are your thoughts? But let's go one step further.
What do you imagine, over and over and over again? Because without recognizing it when you're thinking you're imagining because that's why people get into fear is they think XYZ air quote, bad thing or underlying bad thing, air, quote, bad thing. And then they start imagining, and then what happens that engages the feelings, the emotions of fear. And then what we start doing is we start literally, mentally vomiting, negativity and fear and lack and lack of health and money and relationships into what I call the cosmic web of consciousness. Because your thought equals consciousness. So let's make this a little practical. And what I want to share with you is, as I said earlier, you probably have heard a lot of this before. But you know what? You heard it, and you understand it. But you don't know it. Because if you knew it, at a core level, you could be living it. And you'd be living it to create what you want not miss creating what you want. The intelligence is everywhere.
You know, I was walking my dogs tonight, a coyote started following us, we live out, you know, in Arizona, it's basically I live, you know, bordering a National Forest, that coyote has, you know, a natural intelligence, the potato that I, you know, a sweet potato that I eat for dinner has a natural intelligence. All living things have a natural intelligence. And your natural intelligence, which is your Divine Mind, is driven by your thoughts, and your feelings, which affect your attention. This is why I've said over and over and over again, you are where your attention is. And you want to change things in your external world. Meaning living from the inside out, is you have to learn the manager attention, which is one of the most powerful things that you can simply do. Let me give you a simple phrase that I learned years ago, this may help you pretty simple. You ready? You may want to write this down? Pretty simple. Don't want it. Don't think it? That's it? Don't want it. Don't think it? I'll say it again. I know. That's pretty complex, right?
I mean, we're slow learners sometimes. Don't want it. Don't think it. Now that being said, ponder here for a moment. Look at all the negativity that you have thought about all the fear that you have thought about in the last 24 hours. Seriously, sit down pay attention to what I'm sharing with you just sit down and think for just take three minutes. That's it three minutes. Ask yourself, how much fear Have I gotten into in the last 24 hours, fear about talking to my mother or talking my husband or talking to my wife or talking to my kids, or about doing this or doing that or making money or losing money or this or that or a fear of failure fear people are going to find all kinds of bullshit fears all day long fear and they make all this kind of stuff up. Fear of imposter failure or imposter syndrome. Fear of success, fear of failure fear of being loved the fear of not being loved the fear of having money if you're having too much money and people taking it from you. And it's like for crying out loud, chill.
But the main thing is look at how Patil this podcast, Transform your Life from the Inside Out. You only do that through your thinking. There's not some kind of magic fairy dust that I'm just like, you know, spraying all over you guys. You do it through your thoughts and your feelings and your emotion, which is where your attention is. And then what we do, let's move it outside of yourself. To recapitulate is you're literally without even knowing it like that potato is or was is you're communicating with Divine Mind. You're communicating with cosmic consciousness, below your level of 3d awareness, consciousness. You're connecting with Cosmos cosmic consciousness by where you hold your attention. Don't want it, don't think it.
Let me share a little exercise I learned many years ago. It works is what I'm going to say about the exercise because I've used it for a lot of years. And candidly, I don't know that I would trade my life with anyone at this point. I have a pretty amazing life. I think I'm young. I'm 56 I've got a surplus of revenue coming into my life and a surplus in banks and this and that, etc. I have an Abundance of Health. I have Abundance Relationships, I literally have what I would consider to be a pretty amazing life. And what I want to share with you, it's because that's where I hold my attention. Because I assure you the life I have now 25 years ago, I didn't have it. Quite the opposite. I was a miserable person, emotionally and mentally 25 30 years ago, why? Because the world didn't work the way that I wanted it to. And let me moan and complain, you know, complain and all this kind of stuff about the world. I'm not having this and I'm not having that. And I'm not getting this and I'm not doing that. My boss said this. My boss said that I don't want to work that shift. I don't want to go to work. Why do I never have enough money? And the list goes on.
Pretty simple exercise I can give you right now is pull out a piece of paper. Not if you're driving, not if you're somewhere where you can't, but pull out a piece of paper. And what I request you do is sit down. Keep it simple. No need to overthink. Okay? No need to overthink. No need to overthink Keep It Simple write out a couple of paragraphs a paragraph even has got a long paragraph of what your life looks like. You know I'm I'm in perfect health I'm in perfect function, my body you know functions perfectly. Money piles up into my life, money flows into my life. Money comes in comes in comes to me all the time, every single day, I find the perfect relationship I find the perfect love I find the perfect partner. Now, this sounds hokey, it sounds like 1950's motivational speaker. Well, there's a reason they were saying it in the 1950's. And they got it from people like William James in the early 1900's.
And then, you know, William James got it from people like Madame Blavatsky and people that preceded him years prior. But the reality is, there's there's truth to it. And the truth is, the way that I'm sharing it is these things on this piece of paper, these just write just write down literally like, you know, two or three lines about each one. And then here's what I request you do is put it by your bed, and read it every single morning, before you reach for your phone, or before and you can have it on your phone. But before you start scrolling your life away on Instagram and Twitter and LinkedIn and Facebook and all that nonsensical garbage for the most part, invest in yourself, and scroll and read this, just read it and imagine that it's true. And then do it around lunchtime. And then a night before you go to bed. Just read the paragraph. That's it, you know the three areas of life or whatever it is you're working on.
And then read it at night, three times a day. Now what's going to happen is you're going to forget why because it's not a habit, because it's not a habit, you're going to forget to do it. So what I suggest you do is set your alarm on your phone, or put a piece of paper in all three locations somewhere that you'll be at lunch somewhere that you'll be first thing in the morning and somewhere that you'll be which is bed, I suppose last thing at night, and do it three times a day. And you're not going to get immediate results per se like a Shazam and happens for you. But if you do it over time, you will find yourself changing the way that you feel the way that you think and where you hold your attention. Why? Because without recognizing it. Here's the big kaboom that no one thinks about which is just very simple.
You with every thought you have are communicating with Divine Mind. You're communicating with Cosmic Consciousness with the unconscious mind, but I call it divine mind. And somewhere I was gonna go here in the episode, which I didn't go is after the stroke. I talked to Don Xavier about how being a Shaman how he can communicate with let's just say other intelligences not via the physical body, how he can communicate using Higher Mind and Divine Mind. And he and I are recorded that he and I have a long conversation about it. And an example for you that would give you an example of what I'm talking about is have you ever heard accounts before if somebody's being on an operating table, and we think for example, a lot a lot of us are caught and well the brain channels the mind. Yes, that is true. But that's also one level because a higher level is your mind And you don't need your brain to communicate with your mind. pretty funky. I know pretty crazy, right? But you've heard of people being on an operating table, and they kick the bucket, they leave the body. And there are many accounts of people leaving the body, meaning that they are technically dead. And even though it takes I think the body eight hours to fully die, but they're dead. And they can tell you what happened in the operation, you know, in the operating room, they can recount very accurately what happened. Well, how is that possible when they are brain dead for a minute, whatever, two minutes, whatever it is, but if they can recount what was going on when they were dead.
That is, they're seeing themself on the operating table, through the use function of Divine Mind, not mind as it is channeled through the medium of the brain, your mind is all places at all times. Or, rather, in better said, connected to all places, and at all times, it's simply a matter of like tuning your radio, what you tune into. So where you want to keep your attention is on the things that I asked you to write on the paragraph piece of paper, keep your attention on that. And then engage your imagination, which is not just your imagination, that is your engagement with Divine Mind. And imagine it over and over. And over again, three times a day. Imagine as if it's true and already happened. There's your key. Imagine as as imagine that to be true. And as if it's already happened. I'll say it again, imagine that it's true. And it has already happened three times per day, for at least 30 days. And honestly, 90 days would be like, Whoa, man, you are rocking it. And you you will see changes, you will see changes, why all kinds of things here I'm not going to go into but you're literally obviously that's called Neuroplasticity is you're reorganizing your brain, you're organizing what your brain is processing by, you know, what you think is affecting synaptic function in the brain. And it's affecting brain wiring, this is how we can heal ourselves is by leading the body and using the mind to heal the body. So anyway, you get the point, okay.
And a little takeaway on every episode, a Transformational Takeaway, pretty simple, is if you don't want it, don't think it. And if you do want it, think it and feel it with repetition, over and over and over. If you want it, think it and feel it with repetition, over and over. And over.
