The Jim Fortin Podcast
EPISODE 265: “What is the objective for your life?”
April 12, 2023
Have you ever really thought about it in that way? I mean, have you ever thought, “What is the objective for my life?”
Many years ago, one of my mentors, a shaman, said to me, “The most important thing I ever did was I decided what I was to do with my life before I crossed over.” When he said, “crossed over,” he means what most people call – die.Have you thought about that, what are you supposed to do with your life before you die?
This episode goes in a few different directions, and specifically, if focuses on your Attention and Intention.Your intention is your objectives for what you want to happen and where you hold your attention determines your intention. This is why it’s vital that you focus on mastering your attention.Intention is the most abundant force in the universe and yet most of our lives are not determined by conscious attention and intention but from subconscious default. This is why we don’t have what we want in life. This Is why we do without. This is why we struggle. In this episode I explore two aspects of intention and attention. Those aspects are both macro and micro intentions. Consciously intending what you want in life is a super power, yet most of us leave it used and beyond that, even untapped.
I keep it simple and in this episode I talk about utilizing your intention and creating the life of your desires.
Transformational Takeaway
Consciously set your intent for what you want to create with your health, wealth and relationships.
More Jim!

You're listening to the Transform your Life from the Inside Out podcast. This episode is titled What Is The Objective For Your Life. What I really want to talk about in this episode is actually concepts you might have heard me mention before. And those concepts are intention and attention. And the definition of intention is setting an objective. But here's what a lot of people don't recognize. We set our intentions, most of us run our entire lifetime on default. And we let our attention go places it doesn't belong. Which then creates for us that we don't want in life. So, I guess what I'm saying, this episode is about manifestation, but looking at it through the lens of intention and attention, and then how to use those two things. To create more of what you want in life or better quality life, for whatever experience of life that you want. Keep listening.

Because you're going to start learning how to master your mind and evolve your consciousness. And when you do that, anything you want becomes possible for you. I'm glad you're here.
Okay, so attention and intention. And then a little later on, we'll start looking at the objective of your life. But for right now, intention and attention. Attention is that. Attention is where you're focusing on it. You know, any given moment and our attention runs rampant. I mean, our attention is literally for many of us like trying to herd cats, it's all over the place. And I'm the first to say. That I'm a really fast creative thinker. And I can move my attention very, very quickly on things. And I've talked before about you are where your attention is. So I have to be more mindful because my mind can work really fast. And I'm kind of one of those people sometimes, especially when I get into a creative mood. You know, you look at a dog and a dog go, you know, dog sees a squirrel on a dog, goes squirrel and there after the squirrel. My brain can operate that way also. And if I'm not careful, it will. That's why it's important for me to manage both my attention and my intention. And that's what I want to share with you and talk to you about in this episode. It's about managing your attention, which is where your thinking is in any given moment and your intention. So right now you're holding your thoughts on my words, this podcast. You might even be holding your thoughts simultaneously in traffic. Or listening to me and then thinking, gosh, I'm really hungry, which by the way, comes from the brain and the subconscious mind. Thoughts that just pop into your mind.
Or you could be thinking, you know I'm listening to Jim's podcast and I'm out walking about, and I see somebody doing something dangerous about stepping out in front of traffic. Or I'm at the gym and I'm listening to the podcast. So, my attention is on that. But you know what, look at that hot woman that just walked by or that handsome guy or whatever it is. But the point is this our attention moves to many, many different places. And again, what we have to recognize. It's kind of like herding cats. It's all over the place and hard for many of us to control. And that comes to mindfulness, but we have to start mastering. We have to start becoming a master of attention because when we become, we, we become a master of attention. We then start becoming a master of intention and intention is what we use to create in the world. So obviously a tension is where your thoughts are in any given moment. And they're kind of, it's kind of like a frog jumping on Lily pads. You know, a frog will jump from one pad to another pad, to another pad, to another pad. And that's what happens to our attention. Most often, as a matter of fact, we live in a world of attention deficit in this day and age. I think the average attention span for most people is something like seven seconds.
Okay so we know what attention is and that's, you know, for simplicity. Where your thoughts are in any given moment. But your intention that's a little slippery for a lot of us. But the definition of an intention is an objective. An aim. A plan. And when you look at that, most of us might have bigger what we think our intentions for our life. Bigger objectives, which by the way, that's why title this episode. What is the objective for your life? Bigger objectives for our life. But what most of us do not do is have simple intentions for our life and keep our attention there, which creates and helps the bigger intention manifest on our life. As a matter of fact, most of us. And we'll talk more about this. Most of us set our intention completely by subconscious default. As I often do, I'm going to hop around here a little bit. But I want to go back to the year 2020 and February of 2020. I literally was slowing down health wise about, I don't know, month, two months prior. And working with a Shaman. I really didn't think it was any big deal because I've been through years of ups and downs physically, as you know, all of them, all of us who work with Don Xavier. We've all had times where solar cycles are affecting us or moon cycles or, the Schumann resonance on the planet or different things. The electromagnetic poles and the, you know, how erratic they are. So there's many things that affect many of us that work with him. So, it's pretty much for me. And those of us that work with him.
Pretty much just a normal everyday thing. Where one day you might feel great, the next day you don't. Or literally for a month you could not feel good. And then all of a sudden, the very, you know, 31 days later, you feel amazing for three months and then for two months you don't feel good again for three months. It's really, you can't predict the cycles. Anyway so when I was having, I was in heart failure, but I didn't know it. And I ended up in the hospital. As a matter of fact, my sister, Don Xavier, his wife made me my, you know, she's my sister. And she's like, you're going to the ER, you need to find out what's going on. And normally he can see things, air quote, he can see. But he couldn't see what was going on with me, a whole different podcast, whole different episode, a whole different story. Anyway, I went to the care room now. I thought that'd be the easiest. And they said you're in heart failure dude. And they said, you need to go to the ER now. And I said, Nope, I'm not going to the ER anyway, I went home. They gave me some sleeping pills because I couldn't sleep. Next day, I went to the ER and they admitted me right away and said, you're in heart failure.” That evening he called me. And we talked about a lot of different things, but he said, and he's always called me, especially in the earlier years together. He's called me Cuñado which is Spanish for brother-in-law.
And he goes Cuñado you need to set your intent to be 100% well. Set your intention to be 100% well. And I'm going to go somewhere with that in just a minute, because again, most of us bumble through life. Not actually setting our intention for what we want, whether it be health, wealth relationships, whatever it might be. Now, as I said, just a couple of minutes ago, I'm going to hop around and these random thoughts come to me. And that many of us actually, we don't set our intentions quite the opposite. What we do, and I'll give you a concrete example near the end of this episode. What we do is we say, I want X, Y, Z. I want a new apartment. I want a new car. I want a new home. I want to be perfectly healthy. Anytime we say, I want blank in that moment we are energetically demonstrating that we do not have it. The universe literally reflects you, so whatever, you know, wherever you're holding your consciousness saying, I don't have blank, even if you're not speaking those words. And you're saying what you think is the opposite. Like, I want a brand new car. The way, the universe air quote reads that is you don't have a new car and university fluctual a 100%, which then what it does is it makes sure that you do not have a brand new car. Just as an example. So, as I said, I'm going to hop around many of us and we'll talk about this. Some more, many of us actually. We live our life in intention but it’s actually done subconsciously.
Your intention. Is actually part of the fabric of universal intention. Now, before I go into that, I want to hop back here and revisit what I just said. Many of us, actually, we actually live our intention in universal intention through default. Now what I mean by that is wherever our attention is, is where our intention is. Wherever our intention is, is what we create. Now let's take me for example. When I had heart failure. I had two predominant Cardiologist. And one Cardiologist said to me, and he was the Chief Cardiologist. He says, you know, looking at everything and all, you know, And I did, uh, I mean, an amazing amount of heart tests and all these kinds of things. And he said, he goes, you know, I give you a 90% chance of a complete recovery. Now, I didn't really listen to that because I already knew, I already knew, which was using my will, that I was going to recover. Then the other cardiologist said, well, you know, I mean, she was more of a Junior Cardiologist. She said, well, you know, you could have a lifetime of XYZ and you have to manage this and you have to manage that and blah, blah, blah. All things that are consistent with heart failure.
Now, how does this play out with a lot of people in life? How it plays out is many times when they have some kind of physical ailment and it can even be the flu. It doesn't matter I'm just talking physical category here for a moment. If a person listens to their practitioner, their healthcare practitioner or their doctor. And we subscribe many times I used to, I don't anymore, unless it's a trauma doctor. But we subscribe culturally in the U S and I'm sure many places in the world, we subscribe to our healthcare practitioner as authority. And research shows that we will override our own analytical thinking. And follow the advice, the guidance of authority. Why? Because we, part of how our brain is hardwired we follow authority.
So if you’re doctor, if you see your doctor as a, or as an authority and healing and health and wellness, by the way, most doctors are not healers are practitioners of a, of a craft. They're technicians. And it's not just an opinion. A couple of my friends are MDs and they both have said the same thing. Of course, they take a more holistic approach to healing. But if you subscribe to what a doctor tells you a hundred percent. With no power on your own. And a doctor says, you know what? I don't think you're going to heal. If you subscribe to that doctor's authority. And a doctor says that that's where your attention is, which then actually becomes a manifest through your intention. And guess what, you do not heal. You know, you've seen people before that I've been given a diagnosis and let's maybe see a terminal one. And all of us have nothing else. We know of examples. And if a doctor tells someone. That, you know what you're you, you need to get your affairs in order. You really only have about four months to live.
If the person subscribes to that doctor as an authority. That's where their attention is and that's what will happen. I'm not going to go into it here. But I mentioned before that my, my Tai Chi master he's also my acupuncturist for many years, was talking to me, talking to me about a friend of his who was an MD. The doctors told him he had stage four terminal cancer and that he was going to leave the planet in about four to six months. The guy said, no, I'm not. He hops in the car, drives to the country with his wife and he comes back. He goes to the doctor for all this testing. And he's cancer-free. Now what I have right now, people can fall into a couple of categories. Most people listening to this podcast are pretty up in minded. And then what I see a lot of times is they try to tell other people in their life, you know, you can heal, blah, blah, blah. And the people who have no awareness of what I'm sharing with you here or any thought about it. We'll say that what I'm saying is a bunch of nonsense. But that's why they, they contract so many things are so many things happen to them. They're victims of their own ignorance and they're victims of actual their attention they're victims of holding their attention in the wrong place, which means their intention is in the wrong place. Which means they're there miscreating again, I will break all this down for you. I'm just hopping around here a little bit.
Because what you have to get in this episode. If you don't have what you want in life, health, wealth, relationships. What many of us do. And I have said over and over a bazillion 10,000, a million times. That it all comes down to your ways of being. And if you don't have what you want in life right now, it's because you're being the person who created that. And that's because that's where your attention is. I don't, I'm not going to harp on that here. I'm going to keep on moving here in this episode, and we'll talk more about that in different places. And again, I do the BE DO HAVE series and the BE DO HAVE challenge. But if you don't have what you think you want to attract and the experience of life that you want? That's because your attention and your intention are in the wrong place. And if you want to create a better experience of life, you must move your attention and then you must actually use that to move your intention.
Now again, as I said, I'm hopping around. I want to go back to the last episode when I talked about things that drain your personal power. And when we drain our personal power through fear and negativity and negative emotions and different things. When we drain our personal power. Metaphorically, but actually we have less power to set our intention and the weaker, your intention, the weaker, the result of your intention. The weaker, the object of your intention. That's why it's so vital. Go back if you've not already and listen to the episode before this one, when we talk about things that drain our power. You drain your power, you have little power. You have no power. You have little or no power therefore the power and your intention is very weak. Now. Don Xavier told me many, many years ago. And I didn't understand that. I thought I did, but now I understand it. And now I know it, two very different things. He said to me, The most prevalent force in the universe is intention. He said to me, everything in the universe is created through intention. Now I'm going to use it. And I'm not Christian, I'm a spiritualist, but I pull from all the major religions because a lot of its ancient wisdom and a lot of its kind of the same thing sat in a different way. But let's take Christianity, for example. All right so in Christianity, as the parable goes, as the story goes, God created the world. Notice here. God created the world. Now I'm just using this for a fact and saying it for a fact, God, didn't get up one Sunday morning. And, you know, there's not a Sunday morning in consciousness.
God, didn't get up and say, you know, I'm kind of bored today. I think I'll create that Milky way galaxy . I beat spend on my to do list forever. I'll create that Milky way galaxy. Now let's kind of look at this. From a different direction. In the parable in the Bible and the story God created the universe. God created the world. What I want you to notice here is it took intention. It took intention to create the world. Everything is intention in all the universes. And intention is the fabric, the most prevalent fabric of the universe and you are in space, you know, a point in space and time. Where you're a being who uses your conscious thought the tap you know, to not tap into, but actually you're a vessel for consciousness. And you were constantly setting your intention all day long. Based upon where you hold your attention. This is why it's vital, which I've said before, that we become masters of our attention. And when I say that many people are like, yeah, yeah, yeah, Jim, I get a blah, blah, blah. Next episode, click. Or whatever, and they're not really getting it. Please listen to this episode, you must become a master of your attention.
And if you're attention. And as I said earlier, we live right now in a culture and a world where I believe the average attention span is seven seconds. If your attention span is actually pretty much like flatlined zero, not non-existent. That's what you're going to manifest in your life. And then you're going to start working from the inside out instead of the outside in. And you're going to start working trying to do things and then wonder why things aren't working for you. So your intention, and I'll talk again in a bit about setting your intention. Your intention is what is created for you. And I don't mean your conscious attention. Like I intend to grab a bagel in a few minutes. That you know, that's, that's a thought, that's a brain-based thought, but you, your intention is energetic. This is why I've said it before. And I know that many times when I say things in a different way, When I say it in one way, people might not get it. And I completely understand that. Many things Don Xavier said to me over the years. When he says it, I'm like, well, yeah. Okay. Okay. Yeah, I get that.
And then later he'll say it in a different way and I'm like, boom, whammo. Okay. Now I have it. So, I want to go back here because this literally could, could summarize the entire episode. Here Ernest Holmes, the science of mind. Mind is the master power that molds and makes. Man is mind and evermore, he takes, he thinks in secret and it comes to pass that his environment is just his looking glass. Your environment is just your looking glass, which is a reflection of your attention and intention. And you want to change your environment. Meaning your money, your health, your wealth, your relationships. You must change. You must shift your attention and your intention. Because see in any given moment. In any given moment by the process of thinking and having attention, you are intending, you are intending from moment to moment to moment because like Ernest Holmes said, imagine your mind so plastic sub receptive. The universe is plastic and receptive in terms of intention and wherever you're holding your thinking, the universe is molding to that. And that's what you're creating. So I'm so broke, I'm so broke, I'm so lonely, I don't feel good, I'm unhealthy, I'm unhealthy, I'm unhealthy.
All these things are where your attention is, where your attention is, where your intention is, where your intention is, is what the universe actually reflects back to you. And then you look at your external environment. And you're the one who created it. You know, when we're talking about intention for many years, I started learning about this back in the early nineties. Uh, I've always had an interest even in high school, in Ancient Wisdom and in college. And I really dug into it in the early nineties. And when I used to hear the phrase set your intention. Set your intent. I approached it like a lot of us do. It's kind of like, I approached it, like I went to pick up a bowling ball. Like it's something outside of me. I'm going to, yeah, I'm going to set my intent. Yes. I'm going to go pick up that bowling ball. As if it's something outside of me, but your intention is something inside of you. Because in any given moment, you're, you know, the intention, the intent universe is responding to your attention. So basically, intention is a living thing. So to speak, for lack of better words in the universe responding to your attention. So, it's not like you. You know, go pick up a bowling ball. It's something that you're doing from moment to moment to moment based upon where you're holding your attention. You know, if you want to think about something that would really blow your mind. It did mine when this dawned on me. And Don Xavier didn't tell me this. It just dawned on me when I, you know, things that I've covered earlier. But something that I know at a soulful level is that we come to this planet and we come here to learn lessons. We have come here to grow and evolve. And we come here when we are ready to come here. Our incarnation on this planet is a soul choice. Our souls decide to incarnate. Aha. Look at that. Your soul had the intention to incarnate that right there is reflection of what I'm saying. Everything is intention.
So I want to talk about a little practical application here. Okay. And you're living your intention unconsciously. I said earlier that we set by default. So wherever you're holding your attention, A attention is what, you know, you're impressing on your intention back to the Ernest Holmes quote. I just mentioned it a couple of minutes ago. So, how do we actually use this? What do we do? Well, we have to use it consciously because we have to think through it. But we have to consciously set the intent, which then has impressed within and upon universal intention. What a lot of us do in life. And I did for many years is we would say things like I want X, Y, Z. I've already covered that just a couple of minutes ago. What you're doing is you're casting into the universal intention. That guess what? I don't have it and the universal intention reflects that back. For the third or fourth time, think back to the Ernest Holmes quote that I said. So, what I tell people. If you want a brand-new car. You want a job? You want a partner? Hell, I don't know. You want a one-night stand. I don't care what it is. As long as you're not hurting anybody. But you want something?
Then do not say I want that thing. Simply change that to I intend to manifest and create blank. So, what we're really talking about here is micro and macro intentions. Macro and micro-objectives. So let me give you some real life examples here, and you can use any of these. So the home that I'm moving into was supposed to be built in about nine months. We're going to move in in May. And it's taken almost two years because the supply chain and everything else, things that were definitely out of my control in my contractor's control. When I found that home. I got online on a Sunday afternoon. Because I wanted to move out of the home. The part of town that I live in is a very busy touristy part of town. To the quieter part of town. I said don't a small, it's only three miles from here. But I said, I'm going to find my new home today. I noticed my voice tone changed. Notice that even it's a little firmer, that was me using my will and my intention. I am going to find a new home today. What I didn't do is say, well, I hope I find my home or shit. I want a new house. And I don't know. I guess I'll go online and see what I can find and I don't know, maybe there's something. Now I will find my new home today. What I found was a real estate agent who had a listing. And I looked at that listing, which was being built, which literally still not done yet. And it wasn't big enough for what I wanted. And the real estate agent said, Hey, this builder has a home. That's not even gone in the market. Matter of fact, well, it's not a home it's plans. It's empty land and he's going to build on it. And it's the biggest piece of property. To an FA or borders, federal land. And these were all things that I wanted because I said, I didn't want to bore you with the details, but I said, I'm going to find the home, my forever home that sits or borders on federal land. It's away from the tourist areas in town. It's in west Sedona, it's XYZ, square footage, et cetera.
That is verbatim what I found literally that day. I found it. Same thing with my New York city apartment. When I lived in New York city, I won't go into the details here. But I manifest out of the apartment on the exact street that I wanted to live in on in Manhattan by what I'm sharing with year. Relationships, many people run around through circumstance. I'm so lonely. I'm so lonely. I want a boyfriend. I want a girlfriend and I want a husband. I want a wife. Look where your attention and intention are money right now, big one in the world. People run around and there, I'm broke. I'm broke and who cares? What the economy is? Economy actually what matters is your power? You are a born manifestor, you're a born creator. Are you using your intention to manifest and create money or are you moaning and groaning about the condition of the external world around you? Which has created your circumstances, which is the physical 3d supply of money. All money is energy anyway, so you can use your intention.
You set your consciously, you set your intention to attract the home, the health, the wealth, the car, the relationship, the one nightstand, whatever the hell it is you want, you use your conscious attention to set your intention. And then plain and simple, here's the glue and it's so simple to no one believes me is imagining. Imagine that it's already done. Because see, I knew back to my voice tone a bit ago. When I said, I will find my new house today. Again, I didn't go in, well, I hope I wish I'm kind of now I will find right there. I will find. And now moment, even though it's not spoken that way, it's me setting my intention and using my will to create, and that's using your conscious world to create. And you can use it for anything. As I said, a home, a car, whatever. I even use it. Now, here's a way that I use it. I've used it for many years. Fortunately, I don't travel anymore. I used to speak. Oh, my gosh. I used to travel as a speaker and I would travel a lot.
Every week I was on the road, traveling, speaking somewhere. I mean, there would be weeks that I would fly from Dallas, where I lived to LA do a presentation there, fly up to Seattle, do a presentation there, fly over to Chicago, do a presentation there and then fly back to Dallas as an example. But that was a real trip that I took one time. Here is what I did every time before I walked out my back door in my garage. I would say to myself, I intend to travel to Los Angeles. Seattle. Chicago. I intend to travel to all three places safely. I intend as well to travel back home safely and to walk right back through this door on Saturday night or whatever night that always comes back. And then I would just pay attention. It's kinda like a many, many micro, many, many micro meditation. I would take literally 30 seconds to do that. And I'd walk out the door and go on my way and that's that setting my intention. It's setting my intention for safety. There's physics, physics. It's actually not, not a physics book. It's written from the, uh, from the perspective of physics. It's called the visionary are the visionaries window by I think the last name is G O S W A M I Goswami or Amit or something like A M I T .That in this business is talks about how people, for example, that are in car accidents. There are two people in physical space and time. And neither has intended for safety that's why they collide. Neither has any conscious intention for safety. And I learned that many years ago. That's why when I travel, I would have the conscious intention for safety on my travels to make sure that I got home safe again. So, I babbled a lot in this episode, but what I want you to start thinking about is. Do or have I created the life that I want? Let me back up here. The, the title of this episode is what is the objective for your life that's what is the intention for your life? My intention. Remember macro and micro. My intention at a macro level for my life is pretty simple. My intention is to, which is an objective, is to leave this planet better than what I found it. That's it plain and simple. That's a macro-objective or intention. For my Jim's life. My micro intentions are things like the home a parking spot. Whatever it might be that I'm looking at it. I mean, even everyone who works with Don Xavier. Whereas a two carat diamond in a platinum setting, that is shaped like a triangle. And I'm just being fully transparent 20 years ago when I was looking online for these diamonds I could not find them. And I got exasperated when I couldn't find the ones that I wanted at the price point that I wanted back then. And my partner and I were on a trip with Don Xavier we got back on Saturday night. And I'd look, candidly, I'd look for a month and I didn't find what I wanted, the quality diamond in the price point that I wanted. So, my partner goes in the, from the office to home office. At about noon, he walks out and goes, I just found the diamonds. And I'm like, how did you find the diamonds I've been looking for a month? He goes easy. I just set my intention and I knew I was going to do it. Another story. I don't wear it a lot, but one of my watches is a Rolex. That's a, the color of the dial, the bezel. This particular watch is in high demand. And the reason why is that last year in 2022. Protect Philippe, which is, I think, one of the most expensive watches in the world. They had an auction and the face of that watch was the same color, which is the Tiffany blue of this Rolex.
So that Rolex literally went from market value, normal Rolex value of $7,000. We tell value to literally. $25,000 to literally $50,000 in the matter of a week. Why? Because the Protect Philippe auction. So, Don Xavier is a master at creating. And he and I were talking about it and I said, this is the watch that I want. And he said, “Well, what will you pay for it? And I said, I'll pay $25,000 for it. And I couldn't find it anywhere less than $50,000 anymore. Now I'm being transparent notice my thinking. I couldn't find it for any less than $25,000 so, I mean, $50,000 and I said, I'll pay $25,000 for it. So, about a day later he called me, he texted me real quick and went, I found the watch. Here's a link. Go buy it. And I said that I would go and buy it. And I said I was $23,700. And I said later, and I this is embarrassing. I mean, I know how he did it and I'd kind of just like, not place my attention on it. There we go that attention word. And I said, I've been looking for this watch for three, four weeks, whatever it was. And I couldn't find it for less than $50,000.
And now it's cheaper because of the economy and the market and different things. But he said. I just set my intention and I found it. He found it one afternoon and it took me a month and I didn't find it. The power of intention. So this is what I'm asking you to do think about what you want to create in life, but do not think about what you want. What I want you to consciously do is think about what you want, but that's not how we're going to work with this. What I request you do. Think about, let's say for example, a new home. Here's what I request you do instead of saying, I want a new home. I want a bigger apartment. This is what you want to do.
I intend to find the home of my dreams that is a four-bedroom, three bathroom, situated in XYZ part of town. Now of course, plug in your own values, but notice the specificity notice your language. You're not saying I hope I can find, I wish I can find, I can't find, I want to find, which is what a lot of us do. What we do is say, I intend to find blank, whatever it is that you want. For me that's my micro intention and my macro intention has never left my side since I was probably in college. That macro intention. Is a service heart to make the world a better place. I live that each and every day, this podcast, as an example of that. But again, take this little exercise, just try it out. That's all I'm asking. Now if you doubt what you're intending it's not going to come. Because what you've done is you've negated the intention. You simply have to do this. And I know you've heard of the bazillion fricking times. Just try it in the way that I'm sharing with you. I intend to manifest, create, find blank, whatever it is that you want. Now use your imagination as best you can. And imagine walking into that brand new home. Buying a brand-new car, putting your, you know, sitting down inside the brand new car. But here's the most important part. You've heard me talk about this, especially on episode number nine, about frequency and vibration and attraction. Imagine how you would feel once that intention has been fulfilled. Okay, there's some homework for you. Give it a whirl. All right. Thanks for listening. And I'll catch you over in another episode. Stay well. Bye-bye.
