EPISODE 348: “Conversations with a Sorcerer: Living in Zero Point, Part Two”

November 27, 2024

Share this episode on a social network!

In today’s episode, I’ll continue our deep dive into the concepts of zero point and the powerful truths shared by Don Xavier. Picking up where we left off, I’ll explore why people get sick, how emotions and frequencies impact your life, and the lies we’ve been taught since childhood that keep us stuck. This is a conversation about uncovering the beliefs that no longer serve us and stepping into a state of unconditional love and balance.

We’ll dig into the emotional and physical consequences of carrying anger, fear, and resentment, and I’ll explain how these frequencies linger and shape your experiences. If you’re ready to reflect on your past, embrace healing, and create true transformation by living in zero point, this episode is for you.

What You’ll Discover in This Episode:

  • The Lies We Live By (00:51): How cultural, familial and societal beliefs shape our perceptions of good and bad – and why it’s essential to break free from these conditioned lies.
  • The Emotional Impact of Lies (03:17): Understanding how negative emotions, rooted in false beliefs, continue to travel and impact your physical and emotional well-being.
  • Zero Point and Healing (05:12): Why returning to a state of unconditional love and neutrality is the key to personal transformation and emotional balance.
  • Frequencies and the Body (12:55): The impact of emotions like anger, resentment, and love on your physical systems – your endocrine, immune systems, and beyond.
  • Letting Go of the Past (15:05): Why clinging to past emotions creates toxicity in your life and how releasing them allows for true healing and growth.

Listen, apply, and enjoy!

Transformational Takeaway

Full Episode Transcript

You’re listening to the transform your life from the inside out podcast. This is the continuation of the last episode, living in zero point, and that’s a continuation of my series conversations with a sorcerer. So in the last episode, we talked about why people get sick. We’re going to talk about it more in this episode, we’ve talked about emotions and frequency. We’re going to talk about it more in this episode. And we ended the last episode with living with a lifetime of lies that you’ve learned. So if you’d like to dig into this even deeper, keep listening.

Hi I’m Jim Fortin, and you’re about to start transforming your life from the inside out with this podcast, I’m widely considered the leader in subconscious transformation, and I’ve coached super achievers all around the world for over 25 years. Here you’re going to find no rah rah motivation and no hype, because this podcast is a combination of brain science, transformational psychology and ancient wisdom all rolled into one, to take your life to levels you’ve never thought possible. If you’re wanting a lot more in life, to feel better, to heal, to have peace of mind, to feel powerful and alive and to bring more abundance and prosperity into your life, then this podcast is for you, because you’re going to start learning how to master your mind and evolve your consciousness. And when you do that, anything you want then becomes possible for you. I’m glad you’re here.

So one of the last things I said in the last episode, the quote from Don Javier, and then you start growing up, but as a little baby, you live with no lies. And then he went into they start lying to you, mother, father, Minister, teacher, blah, blah, blah, and they tell you, this is good, this is bad, this is ugly. God is going to punish you, and all these kinds of lies. And you start accepting that, and you start living your life as a lie. Now, I don’t know about you, but when I hear that, that’s profound to me. I did an episode maybe three years ago, about how we even accept our own name without question. And you know, speaking about the good and bad that Don Xavier mentioned the world, people tell us, mom, dad, parents, teachers, whatever, what’s good and bad? I had to go to church as a kid, and I was told all these things are bad and all these things are good, and if you love Jesus, you’re good, but if you don’t love Jesus, you’re bad, and which they don’t even understand Jesus, all this nonsense.

But you know, I look at the things we’re taught, and something that many children all around the world are taught is the concept of Santa, Claus and Christmas. NOTICE This the ultimate lie, in my opinion, is when we’re children, and you’re three and four and five years old, and we’re already learning what good and bad is, and that we’re good kids or we’re bad kids, because we’re seeking the approval of our parents, we start learning because we’re taught the lies. If you’re good, Santa Claus is going to bring you, x, y, z, if you’re bad, Santa Claus is going to bring you or not bring you anything. And you think about when you were a kid, provided you grew up in Christianity or a Western nation and you believed in Santa Claus, you think about all of the recollections and memories you might have about Santa Claus. Maybe your mom took you.

I don’t even think many exist anymore, but a mall, I guess they do exist, but I haven’t been in one in 20 years. But as a kid, you go to the mall and you get on Santa’s lap, and Santa says to you, I don’t know what he says anymore. Maybe Santa’s gender neutral this day and age. I don’t know. Back then, Santa was a bearded old man, and he would say, Have you been a good little boy this year? Then you’re supposed to say, yes, I’ve been good. So you can get toys and candy and everything else. But notice that whole premise is built upon how good or how bad you are. And then, back to Don Xavier’s point, you start accepting that, and you start living your life as a lie. Now, where he was going, there many of the stories and the baloneys He taught. He used that word baloney he had taught at the last episode, many of your stories and your baloneys are nothing but freaking lies. I’m not good enough. People are not going to like me.

I could never be rich. I could never be this. I could never do that. I could never go here. I could never be do and have because, because. Us because you’re living the lie that you were taught by mom, dad, grandma, grandpa, the clergy and everything else. And he said, and that has to be clean, and it has to be changed. The only way it can be changed is by your own choices. And then he said, to go back to zero point. So to interpret that, to share with you guys listening, I’m only guessing here, so bear with me, because I didn’t ask him that night in the conversation is go back and find that love in yourself. Go back and find that unconditional love for yourself and for other people. And my interpretation in this conversation, as best I could put it together for you guys listening to the podcast, is that is zero point.

Now he rabbit trailed a few other places, and I’m going to take it apart. I’m going to share it. And the reason why, even though we’re going to rabbit trail and jump around. What I know is this. I could think, oh, there’s no value in sharing x, y, z, but I’m not you, and I’m not in your brain, and I’m not your life, living your life, and maybe I share something that might not resonate with you, might not hit home, but somebody else is like, Oh, my God, that’s the magic key I’ve been looking for for the last three years that brings so much clarity into my life.

Now, we talked about the zero point and the plus and the minus in the last episode, and he said, if you find yourself too much in the giving, you’re going to find yourself with people too much in the taking, and they don’t reciprocate back, because many times we make that about us, but he said that means they are not in balance with themself, nothing else. And you know, doing what I do for a living, I give and I give and I give and I give. This is a thankless job, believe it or not, some people write in and they send emails and they say things, and one of the most touching ones recently was from a woman in Israel saying, listening to your podcast has helped me in tremendous ways, deal with the war and the chaos and things that are going on.

I felt such comfort and peace in myself, even though I could hear the shales outside and the bombs going off. I mean, to me, that’s that’s reward for doing what I do. But for the most part, I hear nothing from people, but they keep listening because they’re finding value. But I’ll often hear, Well, hey, I enjoyed this episode and etc, and not just here at the podcast, but it’s everywhere, and I’ve been guilty of it. But to Don javier’s point, we live in a world where we’re so conditioned to take and take and take without recognizing where’s the Ayni, where’s the reciprocity? Where do I give back here? And personally, I’ve never been upset because many people take. I just know that that’s what it is. But many, many people get upset because they’re over giving, because they want to be loved and they want approval, so they ever give, people take advantage of them, and then they get this ties back to the whole episode. They get into their emotions of being angry.

I can’t believe all these people that I help, my mother, my father, my sister, my brother, etc, and I help, and I help, and I help. What about me? They do nothing for me. And now I’m angry. Those emotions travel now, he did say quote here, and I have found this to be true. He goes speaking of himself, you don’t need to give me anything. I never ask anything from anyone. I don’t need anything. Even when I have a need, I don’t ask for $1
and DX looked around the room, there are probably 25 of us in the room, and he said, Have I ever asked you for money? And all of us say no. And my 28 years, he never, one time hinted, suggested, or ask for money in any kind of way. And I think back to 1996 and I mentioned this before, when I started working with him.

This day and age, he’s mega busy helping people all around the world. Charges very little for the first appointment, and after that, he didn’t charge anything. People can do, any offerings if they want, if it’s in their heart, that he would call me for hours and he and I would chat, and he would he would mentor me and share ancient wisdom and share and share. And he would call me and we’d talk for two or three hours at a time. I was working a six figure corporate job at the time. Now, one time, and I’m not exaggerating, did he ever tell me that he and my sister were dead broke. He had no money. I learned later that they were so broke, as I mentioned other episodes before talking about this, that.

They would go to Taco bueno in Dallas, get a grande burrito for like a buck 89 and they would split that, and that would be their dinner. Yet he was talking to me earlier in the evening. I’m working a six figure job, not even knowing he doesn’t have any money, but he never told me. So then he went back here, and he asked people in the room, and I’m asking you as well, which is where we started this episode with and ended the last one, are you living a lie? Because I asked you to think about in the last episode, where you’re living a lie. And then he went into he goes, I tell all of you this here with me now over the years, and then you turn around and continue as if nothing was said.

So hopping around here, he says, when a person is very arrogant, that is sound frequency, and that affects the emotions, and that affects the person, because that frequency travels. Now my comment here, whether it be the arrogance or whatever, the same thing applies to your anger, which I said in the last episode, and all your negative emotions, but also your positive ones. And I’ve said this before in different episodes. I’m not saying not to have emotions. We all have emotions because we’re on the planet. What I’m sharing with you is to manage your emotions and ideally, which, by the way, love is not an emotion. Love is a frequency unconditional love. Many of us like make love and emotion, but if you have to have your emotions and you’re like, I gotta have my emotions like my morning coffee, then why not love and why not work on yourself to cultivate that into yourself and in yourself?

And he went on this conversation, and I said, you know, people get into ego. And he says, they say things and they think things like, I’m such a big time person right now because things are great, or people get into the opposite, poor me. This is bad. That’s bad. My life is not going the way I want it to be. Now, what I want you to notice is, every single one of you listening, there have been times in your life when things are going amazing. Times in your life when you’re like shit. This is a dumpster fire. I mean, it’s opposite, polar opposites. Zero point is in the middle, not air quote, getting in to either one the negative or the positive, just experiencing the emotions and letting them pass.

And he said, what a lot of people go into, and this is Donna a quote from Donna beer, is that people are living in the past because of something that happened to me, and I want to carry all of my past with me for the rest of my life. Think about that. You’re listening right now. How many things are you carrying with you that happened a year ago, 2358, 10 years ago, and you’re still angry about it, and you’re still resentful about it. And your takeaway, which we’re nowhere close to the end of this episode, your takeaway is that those negative emotions are still traveling.

And he said, Your past is gone. It does not exist, gone forever and ever. And then he was talking about this evening where we were in someone’s home. And he goes, when you walked in and you saw me tonight, that is gone forever, we continue moving in the present moment. And then he said, You must find yourself in the present. And if you continue acting in your old ways, that is your own personal codes of behavior within yourself, and then you’re going to get affected, and you’re getting toxicity from that. Wow. You think about that. Because again, I’ve said and I know I’ve been there, we think, Well, okay, my anger today, I was pissed off, but that’s not really affecting me, because I’m over it. It happened this morning.

But when we really get our mind around that, that is affecting us because it’s traveling, it’s created, its energy, its frequency, that puts a whole new perspective on even like, I ain’t going there, I get none of the anger. It’s not worth it to create those kind of energetic frequencies on myself. And Don Javier said, and sooner or later, you and. He was mainly talking about the arrogance and the anger, but he said, and sooner or later, you will collapse. No matter how high you go, you’re going to slam down and you’re going to slam down hard. And this is the way that he lives. And I think this is an amazing way that I want to share with you. Listening to the podcast, I had a friend of mine one time say to me, he goes, Jim, you want one thing I like about you. And he’s got a massive following. He’s had like 100 million views on YouTube.

I’ve coached him for years, but he goes, you always want the best for people. Before I go into what Don Javier said, I want to say this. I want for you, what you want for you, but I want more of it for you, mainly the positive things. If you want the negative things, the counterproductive and the hurtful things, I don’t want more of that for you. But if you want more love and kindness and peace and prosperity and health. I want that more for you than what most of you wanted for yourself. But where he was going in this conversation, he was saying, I’m working hard for all of you, and I want you all to have the best of the best, and I’m not asking for anything. And he said, You guys have no idea of the things that I have to do to make it happen, but that’s on me. That’s my service.

And then he went on to say, but your well being meaning everyone that works with him or those we impact, your well being is my well being. Your health is my health. Your happiness is my happiness. My commentary here is the old phrase that a high tide raises all ships. Do I agree with a lot of things that people do in the world? No, I don’t. I don’t. Definitely don’t. But what I know for those that are working, the better humanity, the more that I can support them. You know what? It might not affect my life in any way, remotely, sitting here in Sedona, Arizona. But what I do know, the more that I can support somebody in Bangladesh or Sydney or South Africa or Russia or China or wherever the point is, the more that I can raise the water the tide, the more gaining it is for me, because the happier you are, the better world you create, and that creates A better world for me.

So where Don Xavier was going is when we live from that place that’s healing, coming from the heart and coming from the unconditional love. Okay, so I want to rabbit trail again in this conversation with him, and it all ties together when you look at it from a bigger point of view. As I was thinking about this entire episode last night, I was like, Okay, I’m listening to this conversation we had in 2019 How the hell do I weave this together? Because it’s kind of like that rabbit he goes all over the place, and I’ve got to weave this together. So we’re going to go somewhere else here. But the reason I left it in here is because some people might find it fascinating. He goes, You have to understand Mother Earth, Pacha, Mama. The frequency is 432 hertz. And when you bring the 432 hertz, basically that’s going to create geometrical waves around you, and that is the frequency we are in as a planet, meaning Mother Earth.

Everything is alive. Everything is a part of mother. Everything is is in here. It is in me. It’s in the rocks, however you want to put it, everything, everything in the universe we are made from. And he said something here that may help you put more context in what I’ve been saying earlier in the last episode as well, we get manufactured from absolutely everything that exists in the universes. And my understanding is like the unconditional love when we truly know that that is zero point. There’s a solitude there, there is a sublimeness There, there is a peace there. And I remember in the last couple of episodes where I talked about the concept, when I asked Don Javier how he became a shaman, and I didn’t mean the mechanics of it, and working with shamans for decades. And he said, anima moondi.

And then he rabbit trolled again, and said, I keep saying this, because many of you keep going and going and. Knocking yourself down, and that’s okay. Keep knocking yourself down if you want. And then he went another direction and said, Why is it sometimes I come and I don’t look at someone meaning he’s not paying a lot of attention to somebody that might be gathered now sharing with you guys here, and I’ve talked about this in the podcast before, and this happened to me about 2324 25 years ago. Now he said, Why is it sometimes I come and I don’t look at someone? And then he looked at me in the room that night and said, Why do you think I came for a long time and did not engage with you. And he said, Do you think it’s because I don’t love you? You think it’s because of this or that? Nope, it’s because I don’t have the need to put my attention on some particular energy period. It’s not that I’m ignoring you. I just don’t want to be part of that energy.

Now what I’m sharing from there is this was back when I lived in New York City, back in 1999 2000 2001 I’d come back to Dallas. I had noticed that I thought he was ignoring me, because I look so forward to seeing him when I come back. And I noticed that I thought he was ignoring me, and what he was not doing is exactly what he is saying here, which I learned years later, and I learned some very valuable lessons not related to anything in this particular topic, but I want to share it with you, and I’ve said it in different places in the podcast. So many of us want attention.

We want other people to pay attention to us. And Don Juan, his mentor came to me, was extremely stern, and he said, pay no attention to how much attention you’re in the wall places on you. Basically, his mentor was saying, Pay no attention to how much attention. Don heavier places on you. And for me, what I learned was, is I don’t need people to pay attention to me. So many people who do podcasts or are in my industry, they want other people to give them accolades. They want other people to give them praise, all these emotional things for their own emotional fulfillment. I don’t need that. And actually, I’m still learning lessons, because I don’t need that. I don’t need the pat on the back. I don’t need way to go. I don’t need you can do it. I tend not to be as generous in offering those same kind of things to other people, because I don’t need it for myself. So I don’t recognize that many other people do need it, truth be told from an ego perspective, they’re a bit emotionally needy. So then Don Javier went into how long can a person take now, what he’s indicating there and saying is, how long can it take for us to master it, to learn this and that comes to each and every one of us. So to start winding this episode down and tying it together as best I can, he went into said, think about the emotions and feelings.

Now, before I go here, the reason I went into like, four or five different rabbit trails, you might have found value there. And even as I’m sharing this with you, I’m recognizing they all tie together, because they’re all about human interpretations and the emotions. So he went and he said, so think about emotions and feelings. Remember, there are 100 plus emotions and a lot of different stages. And he said, harmony, love, peace and a state of well being. And what is indicating to be in emotions are powerful emotions. And then he went the opposite direction. He goes, imagine all those people living in their arrogance and their sarcasm, and all of that is traveling, and it’s traveling like waves and all the anger and all the fights last week, but that fight is gone and we’re okay now. No, sir. He said, in his words, it is not gone because it’s still traveling. And he said it’s not gone, but I don’t tell them that it’s still traveling.

But he goes, when people get into that it affects the endocrine system and the immune system and the thymus, which, by the way, is the Sacred Heart and the thyroid in the cerebellum. Now we talked about healing. He goes, quote, people are extremely sick with all these problems by choice, and there’s an easy way to fix it. You have to hold the flame. And if you’re not doing that, then what do you think you’re doing? If you’re not holding the flame, you’re playing with fire. And if you’re playing with fire, you’re going to get burned, and be careful. Be. Because you don’t want to get burned. So my interpretation is holding the flame is the zero point. Is letting go of the past. Emotions, the poor me, the poor this the anger quote. You have to find yourself in zero point. If not, we get drained. And then he went into, don’t let yourself be fooled with your emotions and your feelings from the past.

So when he said, Don’t allow yourself to be fooled, what he meant was is we think when we get into our anger, it’s no big deal we’re done with it. Don’t be fooled. Because earlier, I said in the last episode, we’re the biggest liars to ourself. We think we’re lying to ourself. Oh, this isn’t going to affect me, and it is going to be affecting me, but we don’t think that, and we’re fooled by thinking it’s not going to affect us. So he went into all the stories that we’ve learned as a child, they’re a lie, and you have to wake up from the lie, and you have to master yourself, and no one can do it for you. And then it talked about healing. This is the power, meaning you can heal when you’re present. Now what I want to share here is I know I’ve learned it came to me in awareness one time, anytime I’m feeling bad about something I’m living in my past. Why? Because I’m feeling bad about something, I have an interpretation about it. I didn’t learn that interpretation one minute ago. I learned that interpretation a year ago, two years ago, three years ago, 520, years ago.

So I’m feeling if I’m feeling bad in the moment, I’m feeling bad about an interpretation I created from my past. So if I’m feeling bad in the moment, I am living from my past. And Don Javier went on to released all the emotional drama so many people bathe in it for so many years, and the emotional drama and the emotions are like spectrums of color, and they’re expansive. And then he went into as he started wrapping up, this little message, is what he said, this little message I wanted to pass to those I see affected, because it’s breaking my heart. Now, this is not a little message. I mean, I’m sharing this with you, even thinking about I was there in the 90s, shared it all. And as I started listening to this recording again and putting it together for you guys, this is not a little message. And he said, Don’t keep waiting for more side effects that hurt you, meaning, from the negative emotions reverse now and then he recapitulated, I explain all this because these emotions affect your endocrine system and your thymus and all the rest, and you break everything inside of yourself, and then your Life becomes chaotic.

So basically, stop it. Now, he also went into very quickly. Here is he goes, even if we stop it, it doesn’t mean we can’t get sick. I mean, he wasn’t saying this is like, Paramount and universal wellness. Basically, he said, also there are environmental factors, et cetera, et cetera, but we do better with the environmental factors and things that can make us sick when we keep ourselves mentally well and balanced and at zero point on the inside. I want to leave you with a couple of thoughts that he wrapped up with. I did my best to wrap up this episode in a way and and try to make it at least bring the rabbit trails, to bring some cogens and continuity and at least understanding and tidbits of information that you might have seen yourself at some place in what I was sharing.

These are not my words. These are his. And hopefully I brought you some value. But he went into quote, It does not matter what I say, if people are going to turn around and choose to act the same way, then even if they hear it, they don’t get it, and it is of no value to them. And what he was saying, this is what he said, quote, change has to happen to allow change to come. If you don’t change, then change won’t come. To make change, we have to change. To create change, we have to change. So I rest my case. Let’s eat now. I’m not here at the podcast, but that’s what he said that night we were we were gathering. So your transformational takeaway? I don’t even know how to tie this together, but a big one for me. I think the biggest takeaway for me is the lies. What lies did society and medicine and doctor? Years and the news, and my parents and the world teach me about what’s good and bad and right and wrong, and what kind of people are good and bad and and what I can do and what I can’t do, what I can have and what
I can be and where I can go, what lies that I learned through my culturalization, that I was taught as a little baby what lies that I learned, and to tie it back to these episodes, this one and the last one, these lies that I learned as a little baby, what negative emotions did they create in me that I’ve been using against me, the fear, the anger, Whatever it might be these lies that I learned, what did they create in me that I’ve lived for many years, and I ask you the very same question, thanks for listening. I’ll catch you over on another episode, bye, bye.
